The Nexo Knights and Sensei Wu stood there watching as the Ninjas glared at the mercenary sitting across from them with the smuggest grin plastered across his face. He was going to be rich. He had the info on what the Ninja's most wanted: (Y/N).
"Seriously! She's your friend too!" Cole objected to Ronin's outrageous demands. "You should want to help her too." Zane added, hoping to get Ronin to see reason.
Ronin just smirked at the Ninjas. "Correction. I'm one of 'two' humans that are her friends." Ronin strongly emphasised as he pulled Dareth closer to himself. Dareth just sat there doing his best not to ruin this for Ronin.
"Or did you forget all the betrayals you seven did?" Ronin teased and the Ninjas flinched at hearing that.
The Nexo Knights noticed that the Ninjas and their teacher flinched when this was said. "Betrayal?" Aaron whispered to Macy who just shrugged and told him to shush.
"Wait!? How are you one of two? She has more human friends than just you and Dareth. No offence Dareth." Nya stated turning her attention quickly to Dareth before returning to the argument.
"None taken." The Zoojitzu Master responded rather coldly. Suddenly Dareth found that he was ok with what his money incline friend was doing.
"Yeah, what about my parents and Cyrus Borg?" Jay angrily declared. Ronin stretched. Folding his arms behind his head as he looked at the Master of Lightning.
"Ok, I'll give you your folks but I'm pretty sure you lot got Borg to betray her. So I'm pretty sure he has his comeuppance on the way." Ronin said rolling his hand in the air as a matter of semantics. Dareth flinched a little at hearing that.
"Poor Borg. He was a good man. Definitely didn't deserve what may be coming his way." Dearth thought to himself.
