__ Nexo Knights __

Council members of the Monster Alliance quickly gathered with the Lava Monsters pulling out of the running (Y/N) was the winner and successfully defended her claim to the throne.

"So our new Queen is half-human." The Elm of the Dark Realm hissed bitterly. Once the completed report of what had happened was announced to them via the Shrooms of Doom.

"Are you sure that the humans now know about what has transpired?" One of the forest monsters spoke up first, voicing his concern.

"Yes, they are aware of what has transpired thanks to the Nexo Knights and are greatly interested in what it will mean for them." Bramblina replied, looking to the Elm of the Dark Realm. "I don't think they would attack because they'll know it wouldn't be in their best interest at that point."

"Preparations must be made for the arrival of the new Queen. The Security must be tightened, both around the Isle of Vile and in the castle." Mushlord the Marauder continued, lines of worry creasing his forehead. "Especially when it gets out that the new Queen is a half-human."

"Good idea, Mushlord. I'm sure you'll do a perfect job as ever." Marquis de Seaweed thought for a moment, hands crossed in front of him on the table, before voicing his own concerns.

"The humans will naturally be wary of us, thanks to their biasses. We must show a united front. Be on our best behaviour for any prying eyes, so to speak. That means you, too, Elm of the Dark Realm."

The Elm of the Dark Realm gave Marquis de Seaweed a dark glare, not amused at all by the turn that the events had taken in the last week or so. He just sat back and kept silent for now. After all, she won't stay Queen for long.

There were chuckles and smiles around the table all talking of importance that (Y/N) prepared at once for her coronation. Marquis de Seaweed, however, kept his narrowed eyes on the ancient forest monster. He was dangerous, more than anyone could anticipate. He'd have to keep an eye on him at all times. The Elm of the Dark Realm was a wild card that they didn't need to be dealing with right now.
