Nurse Rita Gallow had put all of the infants onto a prepared excursion shuttle. She had everything set up for their care and security. She couldn't trust anyone to assist her, not even the doctors. There was only one more thing to get, and that was extra oxygen cannisters from the supply room, but that was half way across TARA 3, but she had no choice. They needed them and she had to get there.
Rita locked the excursion shuttle then quickly jogged around the tail end of the other six shuttles which were parked side by side, each one positioned in the launch track that held the landing gear from beneath.
She moved her head around the last shuttle's jet propulsion tubes and stopped solidly in her footsteps.
Rita held an edge of the jet tube for stability while she watched Dr. Rubicon lift Patricia Morlinson up and carry her into the first excursion shuttle.
'Apparently I'm not the only one with this plan. It's better than the space pod theory.' Rita thought as she waited for Dr. Rubicon to be completely out of sight before she moved around the jet tubes and up the steps and down the adjoining corridors that lead to the supply room.
