Twenty Six

I pull myself out of bed; I'm happy I got home at all. I'm more curious about how I got home, though. As I pull on a big white shirt over my head, who's, it is don't know. As I rub my scalp as I find a pair of shorts for my outfit, I'm pretty sure I'm a mess. I walk out into the hallway as I hear the waves of laughter and voices that are loud. And I recognize them all. Wait, did I bring the girls home? I hope I didn't. "Morning sleeping beauty." I hear Seulgi say, and I look at her confused as D.O. looks around the corner along with Chanyeol and Xiumin. "What's going on here?" I ask, disoriented: "Seriously, you don't remember?" Min-Ah asks as she stands up and looks way too happy.

"What have I done?" I ask as I sit down on the ground against the wall as Chanyeol comes over to me with a glass of orange juice and pain medication for my head. He rubs my head and smiles at me as I look up at him: "Tell me everything." I say between sips.

"You had thrown up on yourself so, you tried to undress on the street, and I was happy I managed to get my shirt out to you before you did." He chuckled and watched me; "And..?" I want him to continue. "Suho, carried you inside, I handled dumb and dumber, D.O. took care of Misty." And I smile. It's nice that they chose to help us. I found that very sweet of them. "Thankfully, the camera crew isn't here now," D.O called, and I feel relieved.

"But why are we all here?" I say softly, and Chanyeol shrugged, and I chuckled. "My head...."I groan as I rub my temple. "Thank god I'm off today," I say, sitting there on the ground, I was supposed to work, but Baekhyun decided to do a live stream while playing games and Chanyeol had no plans and the rest would be covered. " Lee isn't in the house then, right?" And Junmyeon comes and leans against the wall looking down on me; "He left this morning looking pretty sour," I bite my lip confused: "Why?" I ask, and he chuckles as he shows me a printed video on his phone. It's me, singing Never getting back together, into the camera and then holding up my phone seeing Lee's number on display.

"uhh.." I groan out as I remember I decline the call.

The breakfast continues with my friends and the band members I'm paid to babysit. There are laughter and easiness in the room. Chen and Sehun are away with Lee, and it's like they are babysitting him. But as we sit at the table, Selugi starts to talk about our time working together.

"Guys, we in R.V. are so jealous of you." She whines, and I raise my eyebrow. "Why?" Chanyeol asks, and Seulgi points at me: "We had a blast this summer with her, like seriously... I don't think you get how fun she is." Chanyeol starts to laugh: "Trust me, we know, it's not been a dull moment." He winks at me as he elbows me for my attention. I had been very aware of what he was saying, and I knew that he referred to our shared kiss. I started to blush slightly and looked down on my plate as I know, Junmyeons are on me.

"We met during the summer." And Seulgi dropped her spoon and looked around the table and back at me, her eyes were telling me to get in my room this instant. What the boys at the counter didn't know, was that I had told Seulgi all about the summer with a set of boys I could not easily forget. The fact that she drew the lines to them so quickly was a surprise for me. Because when I told her, I had no clue who they actually were.

I roll my eyes as she hurries and gets up, as I look around the room Jongin gives me a knowing look, what the hell was up with all of them being smartarses, and figuring stuff out. Am I that transparent? I lock eyes with Junmyeon, who looks like he's also in on it. And I blush.

Seulgi takes me by the ear when I'm not getting up quickly enough and pulls me into my room. I just remembered that Minah and Misty were also there, but they were way too quiet. And It sort of gets me worried, knowing how that would most likely set their feet in their mouths. But I quickly forget about them as Seulgi pulls me by my ear harder, and I have no choice to follow her into my bedroom.

When she closes the door, she looks at me, "OUCH." I almost yell at her, and she lets go of my ear: "Oops, sorry." She smiles as she looks at me like she's a snake waiting for me to play my little flute for her to follow. "SnakUlgi." I mutter, and she makes a snake sound as I walk over to my bed and sits down; "What?" I say, as she frowns, "Don't what me." She points: "Spill the T, who is it? Who is the sunrise-bedroom boy? Who is the beach kiss, and who is your confidant?" She points out, and I look at her before sighing loudly; "How could you not tell us that the boys you had a small love triangle with and became mentally intimate with was the boys from EXO?" Seulgi said, sitting down next to me. "I didn't know myself." I stated and looked at her, confused; "Do you think I just randomly knew that they were musicians and that they are my boss now?" I questioned.

"How did you not know?" She questioned, "I don't listen to modern music like that, you can tell me all about bands, and I still would have jackshit of knowledge." I say, and she makes a face: "You know, Taylor Swift." She pointed out: "My last boss wanted me to take his daughter when she was in London... And who doesn't know Taylor swift." Seulgi shrugged and nodded; I had one point. Even if I wasn't much for news, Taylor had not gone past me. "I don't listen to music, and when I do, it's older stuff like the Beatles." I say, and she chuckled; "You have the dream job of so many, and you have no clue." Seulgi laughed, and I simply nodded, I know my job has a lot of perks.

"Well, tell me now: Tell me who you love." She said, looking at me with a smile; "I think he knows, but it can't be common knowledge, I can lose my job over this you know, like if they had known we wouldn't even be here." I state and Seulgi nods; "I mean it a rule for a reason."

"I know, but this happened before I even knew whom I would be working for, hadn't your manager had his accident, I don't know how much further it had gone until we knew." I sigh: "I'm in love with... Junmyeon." I say, and Seulgi's jaw drops; "Suho, Suho is the guy from the bedroom? or the beach kiss?" I chuckle; "I kissed Chanyeol on the beach, I told Kai all about my secrets and Suho I fell for." I shrug; "I'd do Kai, to be honest." Seulgi says, "Just if he didn't have terrible taste in women." She said and rolled her eyes, and I felt like there was a story; "Let's just say, he likes females with bad manners." I laugh. We small talk for a while, and then I remember the events from last night and how Taylor swift took over my body.

"I think the misunderstanding is past us, though." She raises her eyebrow at me; "What misunderstanding?" I look at her; "That Lee and I are back together, I think you handled that for me last night... well it sort of was the nail in that coffin for sure." I laughed with Seulgi; "Yeah, dude, I had no idea you had those sets of lungs on you." And I blush; "I don't, I just am that good at karaoke." I state, and she laughs with me.

As we sit there, my phone starts to vibrate, seeing it's the management and my boss and I heart drops. As I hurry to pick up the phone, I fall over and groan into the phone. "Lily speaking."
