Chapter 1: Idea

Levi's POV

"You ready for tonight's concert?" Isabel chuckles softly, readying her little costume. "Let's make the crowd go wild tonight! They're expecting this one to feature a good song, Levi-Bro!"

I shook my head, seeing that none of the songs I've written were any good. "I can't feature this song, Isabel. This may be our very last popular concert..." I say solemnly. We worked for years to get this far. Creating alias and living our real-lives from our stage. "I'm sorry..."

Farlan sighed, sitting next to me. "Hey, it's fine. Levi, trust us, we're gonna pull through. We had before, and we will always pull through. Even if this is our last popular concert, we finished strongly. Got it?"

My head nodded as we both got up. "Alright, let's get ready."

Passing through the entry halls, I hear someone call out, "I don't even listen to their music." At first, it disgusted me to hear that someone who is at our concert stating they don't listen to our music. Why would they come here? I rolled my eyes as I walked off. But I continued to stare off at the woman who said that. I couldn't lift my eyes off of her.

With a click, I thought of words to describe her. A love song. What made our group interesting was that we thought of different topics and never usually going with the flow. We're inspired by different means. I write and sing the songs while Isabel and Farlan. It's a little weird... thinking about the words instantly.

"Captain," Farlan says in his costume, "you good or what?"

Since we were so close to the crowd, we decided to refer to each other by our stage names. "Fine... I thought of some lyrics to a new song... it's nothing."

"Nothing? Come on, tell me what's about. At least a hint?"

I shook my head, re-wrapping the bandages around my face. "No. We're running out of time. Let's get this concert going and finally go home. I'm exhausted after all of this."

Hanji's POV

"Wait... did you see him, Hanji?!" I jumped from Nanaba's outburst. "Tell me you saw him! He was staring right at you!"

"Eh? He was?" I looked back to where she claimed she saw him. "Weird..."

"Maybe he's a little angry about what you said. Like from your own perspective, would you like it if someone in your laboratory stated that they didn't believe in science? I think it would break your heart. So for Captain to hear that you're here when you don't listen to his music... I think he'll be heart-broken."

My shoulders shrugged a bit. "Oh well... I didn't want to be here in the first place, Nana. Just keep that in mind. If that man ever comes up to me and asks why I'm here, I'm putting all the blame on you."

"Oh I'll take that blame," she says with a smirk, "and also state that I'm trying to convert you into loving the UFO!"

"Tell me again, Nana," We began to walk towards the snack area right before the concert began, "why are they called the UFO? I don't remember the actual name of their band. And no, I don't dislike them because of their band name. I just never listened to their music."

Nanaba grumbled, pushing me a bit. "Their band name is Underground Friends Outside. We just call them the UFO for short. And maybe you'll be a little less strict on yourself if you just listened to their music. This concert will change your life."

We both grabbed a bag of cotton candy before heading towards the loud music. "We'll see about that, Nanaba." The whole crowd began to get wild as the curtains opened up to the 3 main members of the band. I tried my best to not judge the whole thing and tried to see what Nanaba saw in this band.

Levi's POV

After that whole thing, I drank on some tea with honey in it to cool my sore throat. But that image of that woman was still lingering in my mind. Pausing between my tea, I began to write words that would describe her. How I felt towards it. I should be a bit vague, so that way the fans of UFO wouldn't try their best to find who I was talking about. Maybe I shouldn't add in what she said...

"I wonder..." I say after thinking of the perfect tune to this song. "If it'll be a huge hit..."
