Kyle: "We were at the Hotel Monaco having brunch. We had some mimosas." he says after Meredith gets Sky and Derek when a woman is brought in with a fork in her neck

Sylvia: "Can we skip that part? Can we pull this out and just go? I'm fine, really."

Kyle: "Sylvia was giving me some special attention. Under the table." he says making all their eyes widen

Sylvia: "Dear Lord."

Derek: "Oh! Ok."

Kyle: "Sweetie, they're doctors. They've heard it all."

Derek: "Yes, we have."

Meredith: "Absolutely."

Sky: "You'd be surprised." she says as the three doctors smirk at each other

Sylvia: "While I was down there it was like a shock went through my body."

Kyle: "And she...clenched."

Derek: "Clenched?"

Sylvia: "My jaw. It just shut."

Kyle: "Oh, and I panicked. I grabbed the fork off the table and it was just instinctual."

Sylvia: "It doesn't hurt that much. We just didn't want to pull it out. It's in pretty good."

Sky: "No, you did the right thing. Pulling it out could cause more damage."

Derek: "I want to do an X-ray to make sure no nerve or major blood vessels are being compromised. Now Mr. Booker did you get your injury checked?"

Kyle: "Doctor says I'm fine. It's just bruising."

Derek: "I want to find out what caused the clenching. Do you have a history of seizures?"

Sylvia: "No, nothing like that."

Kyle: "It may-It may have something to do with her brain aneurysm." he says confusing and surprising the three a little

Sylvia: "Kyle. I don't want to do this now."

Meredith: "It's not on there."

Sylvia: "Can we just take this fork out and go?"

Derek: "No."

Kyle: "She was diagnosed about six weeks ago."

Sky: "Your doctor didn't recommend surgery?"

Sylvia: "All the surgeons say it's inoperable. That's why Kyle and l are here in Seattle. The Space Needle. I've always wanted to see it."

Kyle: "We wanted to see it together."

Derek: "Do an MRl. It's good to see you." he says whispering in Meredith's ear before walking away, making Sky raise her eyebrow at the pair

Sky: "Is this who I think it is" she says coming over to where Bailey is holding Tuck in her arms "How is it that you get cuter everyday?" she playfully asks making Bailey chuckle a little

Bailey: "What have you got today?"

Sky: "Woman came in with a fork in her neck...after pleasing her husband in a restaurant." she says making Bailey look at her with an intrigued look before their pagers beep

Bailey: "What do we got?" she asks when the ambulance arrives

Paramedic: "Tachycardic in the 140s. Systolic dipped to the 60s. Last was 72 over 40."

Sky: "I can find another doctor if you need me to Dr. Bailey." she says seeing Tuck cry due to the sirens
