Meredith: "She had substernal chest pain." she says when Sky and Burke meet her in the ambulance alongside her mother

Ellis: "Chest pain and syncope. My pulse was in the 200's but the rate has resolved on its own."

Meredith: "She's completely lucid." she says noticing the confused looks on both attendings faces

Burke: "She's what?"

Meredith: "She's aware. She's herself again."

Ellis: "Oh, my God. Is this...are we in Seattle Grace?"

Meredith: "Yes, mom. This is where I'm doing my residency."

Sky: "Your daughters one of our finest interns. Following in your very big footsteps."

Ellis: "Do you know Richard Webber? Is he still a doctor here?"

Burke: "What, the Chief?"

Ellis: "Richard Webber is the Chief? Of Surgery?" she asks shocked

Callie: "Excuse me" she says to the nurse she was talking to as she comes over to where Addison and Sky are at a nurses desk and Addison had just been ogling over Alex "You know those cartoons where there's a bear, or whatever. It's starving and looks at a table and the table turns into this delicious cooked turkey with lines of deliciousness coming off it?"

Addison: "I was not looking at him like that."

Sky: "You totally were. Even did the whole lip biting thing."

Addison: "No it wasn't. Because he is the help and I am not going to be sleeping with the help."

Callie: "I married the help." she says shocking both women as they look at her with wide eyes

Sky: "What?"

Callie: "We went to Vegas. My idea. I embrace the trashy."

Addison: "That's... not that I'm not happy for you, but why married so fast?"

Callie: "You know the cartoons where there's a starving bear? And it looks at a cute intern?" she says making them chuckle a little they hug her 

Sky: "Well, congratulations!"

Addison: "Congrats."

Callie: "Thank you. Thank you" she says as Addison motions to see her ring "Oh, it's small. I know it's small. George insisted on paying for it himself."

Addison: "It's beautiful."

Callie: "You think so?"

Sky: "Yes."

Callie: "Yes."

Sky: "Patient's blood is apparently highly toxic. Any contact is dangerous. Nobody goes in there." she says after the surgical staff for a surgery was found passed out after being exposed to a patient blood

Derek: "How's he doing?"

Addison: "His BP is starting to stabilize. He's doing better on oxygen. It's good he got out when he did." she says checking on Richard

Nurse: "Dr. Shepherd? Can you sign this?"

Meredith: "I just heard. How can I help?"

Derek: "You should be with your mother."

Meredith: "I don't want to spend time with my mother. The Chief is down, Alex is down. I would like to help."

Derek: "Dr. Grey. You want to help, talk to your resident."
