Chapter 25

Zhask's Point Of View

"We need to plan this carefully, Boss," sabi ni Dranken sa akin.

I knew he's just like me. He want to save Eon as much I wanted to save my Spade but he is correct.

We need a solid plan.

Kakapasok lang ni Lorkan sa grupong may hawak kina Spade at Eon. And the ones who's behind it were mine and Spade's friend way back in highschool. They even breached my fortress easily. But I caught one of them before he can even escape and he suffered painfully before he told us who are all behind this.

And that bastard Rui had the guts to call me and told me the place which I knew meant to ambush me and my men. Like hell I'm going to that plac when I knew  where did he hide my wife and brother.

Bilang nag-ring ang aking private phone.

"Liam, you better have good news for me," pagalit kong sabi sa kanya.

"Boss, Lorkan reported that he already lead Sir Eon to the safe place but he had bad news," sabi niya.

"What bad news?,"

"Sir Eons seems like he wasn't the same anymore,"

"What!?," sigaw ni Draken. "I'll kill them! I kill them, Boss,"

"Calm down Draken. We'll going to that. We need the Boss to make the move," sabi ni Oisin sa kanya.

"And Spade?," tanong ko sa kanya na kinakabahan.

"Lorkan said he's not in good shape. He tried to save him first but the miss refused and told him to save Eon first," sagot nito.

"What? He's not in good same? Tell Lorkan to save him now. We will going to attack that place right now,"

"Yes, Boss,"

How dare them! I will kill that bastard as soon as I have the signal that Spade  is safe.

Sa tindi ng galit ko ay nasipa ko ang upuan na nasa harapan ko. The more I am sitting here is probably the more Rui lays his hands on my poor Spade.

"Relax Zhask," sabi sa akin ni Cube na noon ay kararating lang mula sa Japan. "We will still follow the plan," sabi niya sa akin. "We need you to be rational. Our plan will work. All you need is trust us your undermen,"

He's right. Lorkan is the best man when it comes to invading and work in silent. We has well trained despite the fact he is just small guy. The plan was to let them escape first and wait for Lorkan's call. From then, Maxim and Rui will be ours.

"Is it true?!," nanlalaking matang tanong ni Elleyna ng pumasok ito sa silid na kinaroronan namin.

Mahihinuha kong galing pa ito sa Korea at marahil ay lumipad ito patungo rito sa Pugad.

Hindi ako umimik.

"I'll kill thOse bastards if they lay fingers to our brother and Spade", galit niyang sabi sa akin.

"Elly please. This is a serious situation. We don't need you being short tempered right now," sabi ko sa kanya.

"What?! This is Eon and Spade we are talking now. Eon is brother and Spade is going to be my brother-in-law and I just can't stand here knowing that they are in danger,"

I knew Eon likes Spade. Hindi ito matapos-tapos sa kaka-kwento tungkol sa lalaki. Opposite daw ito sa akin. Palangiti raw ito at madaldal hindi katulad ko. Sabi niya if he could trade brother, si Spade ang pipiliin niya kesa sa akin.

One week and two days, finally the agonizing pain of  long wait is over.

Tumawag si  Lorkan sa amin at sinabing matagumpay niyang naitakas si Spade kahit na hinabol sila ng ilang tauhan ni Rui. I heard he was shot on his left arm ngunit nagawa pa rin niyang ilayo ito sa perimeter.
