NOSIBUSISO

It's been a very long day. I haven't heard from Nhlakanipho since last night so I assume he's in KZN. I really won't say that doesn't saddens me,I hate how this 'Linda' is so important that everything. I love Nhlakanipho so much but some things are hard to do when you eat Linda for breakfast, lunch and supper. She has too much hold in Nhlakanipho's heart that I always ask myself if he loves me or I'm just a rebound? I understand that I'm young and I wouldn't reach Linda's level but I don't expect him to expect 'Linda's behaviour from me' I sighed throwing my books on the table and immediately,my phone rang. I took it from the table answering the call.
Me:"Hey"
"Hello Nosibusiso, it's Nomsa"My heart was disappointed. I don't know why I accept the call without looking at the caller ID. Some things can disappoint you
Me: cleared my throat"Hey Nomsa how are you?"
Nomsa:"I'm good, I was telling you that I'm ready"I froze a little before clearing my throat once more
Me:"You're ready f-for meeting your father"She chuckles
Nomsa:"Our father,yes I'm ready" I was excited already. Finally I will have a big sister who'll be there for me. Yes I appreciate Mapula but she's young and naïve either so I don't expect many advices from her.
Me:"That's awesome, I'll talk to Dad about having a guest then we'll announce your.. your identity" I say with a smile
Nomsa:"I'm nervous"
Me:"I'll be there for you so don't me"I say honestly, I'm here and I won't be going anywhere.
Nomsa:"Thank you Nosi, I'll call you then"I sighed
Me:"It's Ohk then"I disconnected the call findling on my call list until I stopped on Nipho's name. I pressed'Call' and it rang and went straight to voicemail.
Me:"Nipho it's me,I..I think we need to talk. I have been avoiding this but I think it's time to talk about it"I disconnected it tossing it on the bed. I made my way downstairs finding Bontle.
Me:"Good Afternoon MaBontle"She Looked at me
Bontle:"Afternoon"
Me:"We're having a special guest tonight so I'll be preparing Dinner"She stopped what she was doing at looked at me
Bontle:"Is it your boyfriend?"I almost slipped
Me:"No it's a female,I don't understand why you always think about mens"I huffed and chuckled throwing my eyes at the door. Then I moved them to my so called Step-mom
Bontle: shrugged her shoulders"You just have too many surprises"
Me:"No, you're expecting me to do something wrong then you will kick me out of my father's house?" I know she's expecting me to do something wrong.
Bontle:"That won't be such a bad idea though,I want to enjoy my Pregnancy in a healthy environment and you're so bad!"O flinched as she pinched my arm
Me:"I thought you're a good woman MaBontle"I shrugged my shoulders"But you were too good to be true"I say to her
Bontle:"U wasn't trying to be good anyway"I looked at her
Me:"You're not a Mother material"I scanned her"I don't know where my father picked you from because wow, such rubbish!"I clicked my tongue making my way to the kitchen. I didn't want to be disrespectful towards her but she can be too much. Sometimes I just don't understand her. Hence I don't,at all.

Me:"What do you mean Baby?"
Mapula:"You're Cold, you're not the Sizwe I have fallen inlove with"I huffed spitting some spits
Me:"I'm sorting Something out and it's.. it's draining me baby"I tell her. I'm not ready to tell her on what is going on
Mapula:"If you don't want me anymore you should tell me Sizwe, I'm tired of you"I took few steps to her
Me:"You don't mean that"
Mapula:"I mean every single word of it,I..I think you're better off without me"I held her looking at her straight in her eyes
Me:"Baby i--"She removed my hands on her
Mapula:"I thought this would be easy but I...I can't anymore" I expected something from her but not this.
Me:"I love you and we can talk this through"I huffed running my hands on my fade
Mapula:"No,I.. I'll see you"She immediately stepped out of my car and I sighed Looking at her as she walked away. I drove straight home and walked inside. My heart was heavy, too heavy.
Mom:"Sizwe is that you?"
Me:"Yebo Ma"(Yes Mother)I say placing my hand over my chest which was starting to be more heavier. I walked inside heading to the living room where Mom was having her Tea
Mom:"Y... What's wrong son?"I shook my head
Me:"I'm Just now feeling well,I will go and rest"I say looking at her
Mom:"Oh, Please do. I'll prepare a soup for you"I nod with a faint smile
Me:"Thank you Mom"I walked up to my bedroom. I tried calling Mapula but she wasn't Picking up. I decided to check up on Portia. Portia was one of my one night stand but unfortunately she fell Pregnant. I didn't know anything about the Pregnancy until recently.
Portia:"Hello Sizwe"
Me:"How are you?"
Portia:"I'm taking it a day by day,My Mom is making things more difficult"She's such a sweet child,I don't know how I crossed paths with her and I really don't know what she was doing in a pub.
Me:"I would like to see you"I sighed"So we could talk about.. about the Pregnancy"
Portia:"Are you sure? Look Sizwe if you don't want anything to do with the baby it's fine. I will raise him myself only if you won't come later on claiming for him"I  smiled unexpectedly
Me:"It's a him?"
Portia:"I went to see a gynaecologist this morning and yes, it's a boy"My smile widen
Me:"Wow,can I see you?"It went Silence for a while"Please..."
Portia:"Ohk then"
Me:"I'll send you the details"I say disconnecting the call afterwards

A tear escaped from my eye as I looked at the tombstone. It was so beautiful and unique, remembering of the moments we used to spend together.
Me:"Linda"I sat next to her grave "It's your death anniversary, it's hard"I say with a sigh
Me:"I remember the first day I laid my eyes on you, you were beautiful"I honestly say and chuckled"It was the most beautiful moment,I loved it"I say and quickly frowned
Me:"I love you so much Linda but... I.
I can't anymore,I can't hurt someone I'm inlove with" I wiped off a tear which escaped from my eye
Me:"Release me,Let me go so that I would love someone fully"I looked at the tombstone "Let me go" a thunderstorm stricked and immediately,a rain started pouring. I smiled looking up then I looked at the tombstone
Me:"Thank you,Thank you"it started pouring too hard and I stood up heading to the car.

It's been hours and I was expecting Nomsa anytime from now. I settled the table and they walked in.
Mlu:"Mmmh,it looks beautiful"I giggled
Me:"It's a special occasion"A Knock immediately came through
Me:"That would be our guest"I walked over to the door. She was so beautiful in a simple dress
Me:"Hey, welcome you didn't get lost right?"I chuckled and she did too
Nomsa:"The GPS was a great help indeed, beautiful house"I smiled.
Me:"Yeah it is,come"We walked over to the living room.
Me:"I have our guest here,Nomsa this is Mlungisi my dad, Bontle the Step-mommy and you know Mapula"She faintly smiled with her eyes on Mlungisi
Nomsa:"It's nice meeting you'll"
Mlungisi:"Same here"shrugged his shoulders"I guess, you're beautiful Nomsa"
Nomsa:"Thank you"
Me:"Can we eat"We settled around the table and started eating while sharing jokes.
Mlu:"So Nomsa, where are you originally from?"Nomsa looked at me instead.
Me:"Dad...W..Nomsa is my Aunt's daughter and apparently they said we share a father"It went Silence"She's your daughter"
