NOSIBUSISO

I was slowly losing my patience. We've been locked up in here for hours and surely I won't get home anytime soon. Apparently,Mrs Mhlongo has been sitting  outside facing the gate so we don't have a way out. I wouldn't jump on the wall since these walls are very high. I looked at Nipho who was laying on the bed scrolling through his phone. I sighed walking over to him.
Me:"I can't believe I'm stuck here,my father will kill me"I breath that out as he moved his eyes to me.
Nhla:"I'm sorry sweetheart,if I had a solution to all of this...it would have been better"He says and I sighed once again
Me:"How about this...we climb your car and I'll make sure that no one will see me then you'll drive"He looked at me and a smile flashed across his handsome face.
Nhla:"That could work"We stood up making out way to the garage using the inside door. He helped me out and drove off immediately. I was holding my breath throughout this.
Nhla:"Sweetheart we're out"I sat up looking out of the window
Me:"Finally"I released a deep breath as he chuckled. He stops the car and I climb out going to the front seat. He pressed the accelerator after I climbed in.
Nhla:"It's like I'm a teenager right now,hey sweetheart the things you make me do"I laughed and he joins tilting his head a little. That's what he do, tilting his head or throwing it back whenever he laugs
A turn on!
Me:"It's not my fault that your mother decided to do that"I tell him.
Nhla:"She's a goal"He says through his teeth
Me:"Yeah"I looked out of the window with a wide smile. Who wouldn't when you got this amazing man by your side? I'm happy that's all I can say.
Nhla:"I'm going to miss you"I turn to look at him
Me:"Me too, I'll miss you so bad"His eyes were shining with love. He loves me,I had no doubt.
Nhla:"I love you Nosibusiso,God knows how much I do and I appreciate your help and support. I've never thought nor imagine me falling in love with my friends daughter or a teenager but here I am;head over heels with you. I love you"A tear suddenly dropped from my eye.
Me:"I love you"It came as a whisper than anything. I didn't have much to say,he said it all.
He placed his warm hand on mine while the other was on the steering wheel. We engaged in a light conversation until we were parked two houses away from my home.
Nhla:"Do you have to go though?"He was sulking,a big grown ass. I rolled my eyes making a face after
Me:"I'll miss you so damn much babe, you'll call Neh?"I ask him
Nhla:"Mmhh, I'll video call"I nod as he pulled me to his lap. I grind pecking his lips
Nhla:"I'll marry you"I placed my lips on his as he started moving them then we pulled out.
Me:"I'll marry you"He chuckled and I giggled pecking his lips before I climbed out of the car making my way inside after waving him goodbye.
"Where were you at?"I got startled by the voice and I looked behind me.
Me:"I..I.. MaBontle please don't tell Dad"I suddenly plead
Bontle:"Your father will be so disappointed if you ever get pregnant Nosi, especially since these days boys run away from their Pregnant boyfriend or better yet leave a baby bend"
Me:"Just like you and Dad did to my mother right?"I bust that out and she looked at me with pain.
Bontle:"How could you say that Nosi?"She asked with a faint voice
Me:"Mnxaah"I walked upstairs leaving her behind.

Mapula:"What?Nosi how could you say that to her"I flink by her voice. She's scolding me though I knew I was so wrong. I don't need this from her,I feel bad already.
Me:"I know I was wrong Mapula,I was just mad at her for saying all those things"She sighed
Mapula:"She has to lead you to the correct direction, she's your mother"
Me:"No she's not my mother"I huffed settling on a seat besides my bed.
Mapula:"You were wrong,you need to apologize to her Nosi"I nod looking up to her
Me:"What was wrong with you yesterday?"I asked
Mapula:"Well...Sizwe was here"I popped my eyes
Me:"What?So..Y..Oh my Goodness Mapula!What were you guys doing?"I asked her
Mapula:"Aaay Nosi"She looked away and I giggled pulling her so she could answer me.
Mapula:"We were just cuddling, talking, kissing and well"She Shrugged her shoulders"Eating"
Me:"How did he get in here?"
Mapula:"The Window,he came so late and unexpected saying he misses me"I smiled
Me:"I didn't know that Sizwe Mhlongo can be this romantic"She rolled her eyes
Mapula:"I didn't know to"I smiled
Me:"Yeah ey"
Mapula:"What happened to you?I thought you'll be here in the early hours of the morning"
Me:"Mrs Mhlongo happened"I tell her breathing out
Mapula:"Don't tell me she caught you two by any chance"I shook my head
Me:"Nope,she was busy doing some things which I don't know"I rolled my eyes looking back at her"We didn't get a chance to walk out but luckily I came up with an idea"I say to her and she nods with a silly smile
Mapula:"Oh uMother-in-law was doing unnecessary things"
Me:"I suspect that she heard something which led her to do all those things. I've spent days with them but not even once has she ever woke up at 5am"She nods once more
Mapula:"Yeah maybe,and you need to talk to Dad about going to KZN"I sighed
Me:"Nhla said he'll come up with something,I cannot tell him that I'm attending a ceremony with his best friend"It was something I wouldn't do. How would I put it out?Dad I'm going to a ceremony with your best friend,at 'his' late girlfriend?Come On!
Ma⅝9apula:"Yeah, I'm sure you'll come up with something"I nodded with hope

My phone beebed indicating an incoming call. A smile flashed across my face when I saw the caller ID. It was my baby
Me:"Babe"
Nhla:"How are you doing?"
Me:"Great,you?"
Nhla:"Cool,I miss you so I'll hung up and do a video call"
Me:"I'll be expecting it"I say with a smile
Nhla:"Love you"He immediately hung up, within few minutes a video call came through
Me:"Love you too"He chuckled. He was wet, maybe he was showering
Nhla:"I miss you,I wish you were right here with me"
Me:"Me too babe,I miss you"I made a face and he faintly smiled
Nhla:"So I'll give you a certain invitation then you'll show it to your father, that was He'll allow you to go so that we'll drive down to KZN"
Me:"We'll drive?"
Nhla:"Yes What did you think?That we'll fly?"I nod
Me:"Yes,I have a rich parent and a rich boyfriend"
Nhla:"I'm not a boyfriend, Better be the last time saying that"I nod shutting the hell up
Nhla:sigh"I'm your man Sweetheart, I'm 31 years turning 32 soon so I cannot be labeled as a boyfriend by my woman" I'm his what?His woman?Oh My God my heart is dancing
Me:"I'm sorry babe"I breath and he nods
Nhla:"Let me finish up here,I wanted to see your beautiful face"

Me:"Same here"He looked at me over the screen

Nhla:"The Universe is complaining about my love for you,i love you"He immediately disconnected the call. I placed the phone on my chest with a smile. I threw it on the bed before I made my way downstairs. MaBontle was cooking
Me:"MaBontle"It went Silence for a while
Bontle:"Nosi"I sighed taking few steps to her.
Me:"I'm sorry about what happened this morning,what I've said...I didn't mean it"
Bontle:"You meant every word Nosi kodwa I'm sorry about the words I uttered to you"I felt so bad
Me:"I'm so sorry,I was wrong because I knew nothing about your life or whatsoever with my Dad"
Bontle: smile"I'm also sorry,come here"She pulled me for a hug and I smiled
Me:"Thank you for being great"We pulled out
Bontle:"You're also grew,My unborn baby will be lucky to have you as a sister"
Me:"You Pregnant?"
Bontle:"No...Not yet but I will be,Soon"I nod
