Mark lived in a rented home, living under the Lee's. No, not Mark Lee, but Donghyuck Lee.
The Lee's let Mark live in the other home that they own, as long as he pays the rent. Donghyuck is their son, who hasn't moved out. They lowered the rent down for Mark if he took their Donghyuck to school and whatnot.
Mark sadly agreed, because why the fuck would you not like low rent? Besides, their son is cute.

"Hyungie~ Please take me to school, I'll be late~," Donghyuck whined.
"Alright, alright, let me get my sweat pants, take the keys," Mark softly spoke in his morning voice.
"A-alright hyung," Donghyuck suddenly stuttered which shocked Mark, but he chose to ignore it.
Mark locked his house and drove the kid to school. The 18-year-old looked nervous, Mark thought it was weird because Donghyuck is normally comfortable around him. Maybe he has a test or a presentation in one of his classes and he was nervous...
After School...
Donghyuck walked into Mark's car, and he was suddenly nervous again. Mark got suspicious, so he decided to ask the shy boy.
"What's wrong? You seem nervous, Donghyuck," the older asked.
"U-uh, no reason," Donghyuck quickly replied.
Mark shrugged and drove back home. He parked successfully and was about to get out when he felt Donghyuck pulled his face towards the younger. Soft lips were placed on his own, Mark closed his eyes, kissing the younger back.
Mark deepened the kiss and pulled Donghyuck's body on top of his lap. Soft moans came from the younger as Mark was dominating over the younger boy. Donghyuck was the first to pull away, both were breathing heavily.
Donghyuck started to get shy, so he buried his face on Mark's shoulder.
"Shit, your parents are coming home," Mark spoke.
Donghyuck and Mark quickly exited the vehicle. Donghyuck quickly went home, so did Mark.
Later that night...
"Hyung?" Donghyuck asked as he entered through Mark's house.
"Hm? When did you get here?" Mark asked from his room.
Donghyuck closed the door, went up to kiss Mark once again. His hands cupping Mark's face. Mark pulled the younger closer to his body.
When they pulled away, Donghyuck smiled.
"Hyung, I like you," Donghyuck spoke.
"I like you too," Mark replied, going back in for another kiss.
