Donghyuck was used to one-sided love, it was kind of a daily thing to have for him. Because he knows that his crushes never liked him in a romantic way.
But, all of that was going to change...
Donghyuck was heartbroken once again over another guy. He sat on the bleachers, with his hands letting his head rest on top of it. Everybody was watching the game that was going on, but Donghyuck had no interest.
He noticed a boy who smiled at him. It looked as if he was staring at him, with a big smile on his face.
"Probably he was looking at someone else," Donghyuck thought, as he sighed. He was forced to sit with his friends in the bleachers since his friends wanted to go.
The Next Day...
Donghyuck sighed, someone sat next to him. Yet, the boy didn't even bother with it.
"Hey, you alright?" an unfamiliar voice said.
"Huh? Oh, I'm fine," Donghyuck said, as he stared at the boy who sat next to him.
"My name is Mark, and you?" he asked.
"Uh, Donghyuck," Donghyuck replied, he was shocked that someone actually started to talk to him.
After that day, Donghyuck and Mark became best friends. They began knowing about each other, their secrets and became very close.
"Haechannie~," Mark called out to the boy.
"Hm? What's up?" Donghyuck asked as he's had a big grin on his face.
"Come here, I found something at your locker," Mark said, he grinned from ear to ear.
"I think someone likes you," he said.
"Wait?! Really?" Donghyuck said, in excitement.
"Yeah, come," Mark said, as he dragged his best friend over to Donghyuck's locker.
"Woah," Donghyuck spoke agape.
Donghyuck admired the small gift, with a little note on it.

"Woah, this is amazing, but there isn't a name on it," Donghyuck said, with a sigh.
"Do you think this was a prank?" Donghyuck asked Mark in a sad tone.
"No! I mean, like you might hurt their feelings if you were to think that," Mark said, as he smiled.
"Really? Okay, I guess I'll keep it," Donghyuck said.
And those days after that, Donghyuck kept receiving small gifts, but he didn't know who it was from.
"Hey, Markie, who do you think that gave me these?" Donghyuck questioned.
"Um, I don't really have any idea," Mark answered quietly.
"What's wrong, you don't usually act like this," Donghyuck asked in a worried tone.
"Huh? Oh, nothing," Mark replied, with a smile on his face.
"Are you sure?" Donghyuck asked him, worriedly.
"I'm fine," Mark said
Mark wasn't ready to confess to Donghyuck yet. But, when he did...
"Another note," Donghyuck said.
"Please meet me at the back of the gym building after school," Donghyuck read.
"Hm.." Mark hummed as he leaned over Donghyuck's shoulder.
"oh, shit-! You scared me!" Donghyuck scolded.
"Sorry, I just wanted to see," Mark pouted.
Donghyuck smiled and showed him to it closely for him.
"I'm going to meet him today, so you can walk him without me, okay?" Donghyuck said as he patted Mark's head.
"Okay..'" Mark replied.
After School...
Donghyuck waited behind the Gym, waiting for someone. He stood there, then a tap on his shoulder. He turned around to see Mark, standing there with a smile on his face.
"Hyung..." Donghyuck said.
"So, I see that you received my note," Mark giggled.
"Do you like me?" Donghyuck asked, with a wide eye.
"What kind of question is that? I don't like you, I love you with all of my heart," Mark stretched out his arms trying to show how much he loves Donghyuck making the younger chuckle.
"So, will you be my boyfriend?" Mark asked.
"Of course, silly," Donghyuck said, hugging the older.
