Donghyuck and Mark had been arguing over and over again. It practically scared their children, Dong-Min and Mi-Sun. (Yay! My baby's second appearance!)
It was to the point where they decided that it was for the best that they took a break on their relationship. No divorce, but just living away from each other.
"Min, Sun, who do you want to live with? You have to choose from. We are just going to live away from each other for a while, so you can pick whoever you want to live with," Donghyuck said.
Mi-Sun and Dong-Min have already overheard their past conversation, and they already knew what to do. They had their own phones, (10 years old rn), and they wanted to be in contact with each other.
Dong-Min wanted to be with his Daddy, while Mi-Sun wanted to be with his Dadda, which is Daddy and Dadda, is Donghyuck and Mark in that order. But the twins wanted to be with both dad's at the same time, so Donghyuck and Mark let then switch whenever.
Donghyuck took his things and left. Dong-Min thought that separating from each other was divorce, but not. But, then he wasn't sure if their parents love each other. He questioned himself why his parents didn't divorce, is it because they don't want to pay for child support?
Mi-Sun, the smarter twin, (no cap), just knew that the two needed a break from each other. They do still love each other, just needed a break.
Donghyuck took Dong-Min to their new apartment, the first few nights were weird, well, the bed felt weird because they weren't used to it. Dong-Min waddled towards the living room one night and saw his dad, sobbing. His little heart dropped, he didn't usually see his dad cry, but it made him sad.
"So, daddy still loves dadda still? Then why did they start living separately?" Dong-Min questioned.
Sometimes, Dong-Min would see Donghyuck argue with Mark over the phone, Donghyuck telling Mark how much he misses him, and just a shit load of emotions. Mark is a busy person, and he gets irritated with the younger sometimes, but of course, Donghyuck is the same.
The two still took their kids to school. After living in the apartment with Donghyuck for more than 5 months, the children plotted a plan. They didn't like their parents fighting, crying over each other, etc.
"Dadda, please!! I really want to see Daddy and Dong-Min with you," Mi-Sun begged. Mark couldn't resist Mi-Sun and her begging. She is both of her Daddy's angel and princess.
"Daddy, Mi-Sun is going to come over soon!" Dong-Min said with joy.
"Oh really? With who?" Donghyuck asked.
"No one else, just herself," Dong-Min lied.
"Liar, she can't come here on her own," Donghyuck said.
"Dadda will drop her off," Dong-Min said.
"Fine," Donghyuck said, with a sigh.
When the two arrived, Donghyuck gave Dong-Min a suspicious look.
"I brought my dadda here! Now, you two better get along and sort out your differences!" Mi-Sun said, ending it with a pout.
"That's if, he lets me in," Mark said, looking at Donghyuck afterward.
Donghyuck sighed, letting the two enter into his apartment. Mi-Sun and Dong-Min went to their room to spy on the couple. Mark and Donghyuck sat on the couch, together, Donghyuck let him pick out a show/movie.
Mark wrapped his arms around his lover, pulling him on his lap.
"This is embarrassing...hyung, our kids are watching," Donghyuck whispered, his face became flustered.
"It's okay, it's not as embarrassing for you when we did it in our public high school restroom," Mark whispered, as he kissed Donghyuck's cheek.
"Oi! They can hear that!" Donghyuck blushed, hitting Mark. Mark giggled, he loved teasing the boy.
"Alright, alright, let's just not fight tonight," Mark said, kissing Donghyuck's ear.
The two watched the movie, cuddling with each other. After the movie, they talked out with each other, Mark had his arm around Donghyuck's neck, while the younger laid on his shoulder. Dong-Min and Mi-sun were happy with their success and went to bed.
Donghyuck eventually moved back, Mark and Donghyuck finally stopped fighting. It was hard for the two to change their ways, but it was finally back to normal. Yeah, they had their occasional arguments, but they still loved each other. (Hey, change your ways)
