After shyla got out of the hospital shoto was there to take her home, making sure that she wore something other than what she did when she first got into the hospital in the first place. Shyla wore something more formal while getting out of the hospital as she realized that Shoto changed the clothes that she had in a bag that was on the side of the room. When he got her he smiled at her as he held his hand out to her. "I told you that I'd make it up to you, I want to go on a proper date with you Shyla."

Her eyes lit up hearing him speak. "O...Okay."

She went to see a movie with him and even managed to eat dinner with him afterwards without a problem. At least that's what it was like for him, he didn't like that she was still going to call him Todoroki after he had harshly told her to do so. He wanted to change how she spoke but didn't know how to talk to her about it without seeming rude. So as they were walking home he stopped her half a block from where he lived

"Wait...Shyla before we go there. I...I need to request something of you."

She looked at him confused. "Um...okay?"

"Please disregard my harsh statement to you when we met in the cafe the night you were hurt. I didn't mean anything bad to you about that-I...I'd like it if you'd call me Shoto. It's only fair since you let me call you Shyla all the time." Shoto asked flustered

She smiled and giggled a bit. "Yeah sure, of course Shoto. I am more than happy to do that." She said happily before she kissed him on the cheek softly. "You look cute when you're flustered by the way."

He shook his head at the young female. "You're really random you know that?"

"I know I am, you'll get used to it." She said happily

The two of them went home and waiting for them was his father, he was going to chew out Shoto for not bring her home but seeing the smile on Shyla's face he figured Shoto did something to cheer her up. Which he couldn't disagree with his son for doing, his expression had lessened as he looked at Shyla. 

"It's good to see you out of the hospital Shyla, you're more than half a year behind the training that I am supposed to give you for that quirk of yours. I will not go easy on you, you do understand this don't you?"

She nodded her head. "I know and I'm fully aware of that. I'd question you being the number one hero if that was the case sir."

He scoffed. "For tonight rest up, you're going to need it for what I have in store for you tomorrow child. Shoto take her to where she'll be sleeping tonight, you'll be helping her with her training tomorrow so rest up as well."

When his father left Shoto looked to Shyla. "Come with me, I'll take you to where you are going to sleep."

She nodded her head as she followed after him, he took her to a room that was just about empty. "This was once my room before my things were moved into the dorms at UA. So you'll be staying here, I'll be sleeping in here with you for tonight but tomorrow onwards you'll be on your own in here."

"Okay, I understand."
