After our snack we decided to go train.

Jen had shown me the training area when I first arrived but with the sickness and the attack I hadn't gotten a chance to use it yet. It was pretty much empty because by the time we had gotten there it was almost 11:00 pm.

I never actually got any apology or explanation for that incident... everyone just seemed to let it go so I did too.

As soon as I walked in I felt a little better. There's something about the sight of wolves really pushing themselves and training as hard as they can that makes me feel peaceful. Working out was one of the few things that managed to slow my mind enough to understand it and process all of my chaotic thoughts.

After a couple years of training as a bounty hunter I had really grown into my alpha genes and had started to secrete overwhelming amounts of alpha dominance. I hated the way people were always nervous and uncomfortable in my presence so I quickly learned how to reign it in and blend in, but it was always there, waiting to be released.

Because of this no one really takes notice when I enter a room, it allowed for me to easily fade into the background until I wanted to be seen. It was beyond convenient when I was following people or doing recon on new areas.

Something weird is that even though I'm a rogue I've never smelt of it. I should have a strong smell of mold and rotting but everyone's told me I smell nothing like that. Normally if a rogue were to enter any place within a mile of wolves they will be noticed, but luckily I've never had to deal with that.

All werewolves have at the very least three scents. One smells distinctly of their pack, another of werewolf and the last of their own personal smell. Because of this we're all very easily identifiable. For example, if Jen meets any other werewolf they should be able to easily know she's a werewolf from the Belle Foret pack and by the levels of power rolling off her at any given second she's a strong warrior.

That's why I'm very confusing if anyone were to pay attention to it. I never smelt like my old pack, Blood Thunder, I don't smell like rogue and I don't even smell like a werewolf.

Pair that with the fact that I can reign in my aura and on first encounter its almost impossible to figure me out. I like that. If I want or need them to know something, I'll tell them. Otherwise, I'll leave them guessing.

The only downside to this is that I can easily be percepted as a threat. this is probably why I was attacked on my first day here. Not only did they know I didn't smell like their pack, but I smelled like and entirely different sort of threat. The threat of the unknown.

Jen and I walked through mats of people sparring. Wolves were throwing each other to the ground, pinning them and attacking until one of them taps out. People rarely actually damage their opponents too badly but if anything happened the miraculous werewolf healing would take effect and they would be as good as new within a couple of days at worst.
