Suddenly time stopped along with the spears I thought were going to stab me.

I looked around as everyone was completely frozen, smiling to each other as they thought they'd finally won.

I grabbed a few spears, moving them out of my way easily, making enough room for me to leave the circle.

Amos was looking at me, panicked as well as Darius who also looked shameful. He was probably so disappointed in his community for doing such a pathetic snake move. I mean why would they be proud if the needed 1042 witches to kill a single white stag.

That would just further prove the point that white stags are more powerful, especially me. Honestly I'm not sure Amos could handle all this, he would probably turn invisible and run.

I grabbed the spears, knocking each of them onto their knees facing each other and placing the spears in front of their faces threateningly.

I turned invisible and walked around them, letting time start back up again.

Everyone gasped, going silent, their auras filled with stress.
From their point of view they were about to kill me with a whole lot of spears, then in less than a millisecond they're on their knees with one of their own spears floating in front of them threateningly and I'm nowhere to be seen.

I walked around them, seeing if any of them would dare to get up.

After about a minute a guy yelled out, "Fuck this! She's not even here!" He tried to stand up but before he could I kicked him to the ground, a foot on his chest and the spear in his face.

His just widened his eyes in horror.

"Anyone else?" I boomed my voice through the space, making it sound like it was coming from anywhere, everywhere and nowhere.

They all gasped, looking around desperately.

I let go of the guy but he didn't dare move.

I reappeared in front of them all, walking to where they could all see me.

"I'm honestly impressed, that was a pretty cool move! Of course it's going to take a lot more than a few spears to kill me but good effort!" I said sweetly, clapping my hands genuinely.

They all gave me a weird look and I listened into their minds. They were all submitting but one.

'Who does this bitch think she is?! She's actually crazy! We're going to have a crazy person staying at our house.'

I walked over to him, keeping eye contact as he tried to look down and avoid me.

'Maybe I'm crazy, but at least I'm not a coward' I said in his mind, making him shake in fear.

I rolled my eyes walking away.

"Get up." And as soon as the words left my mouth everyone was scrambling to their feet, not wanting to anger me.

"Can someone show me to the kitchen? I'm starving."

"I'd be happy to." Darius spoke from behind me. I gave him a smile as he threw an arm around my shoulder leading me into the house.

"That was very impressive. I've lived a long life and met a lot of people and have never seen your level of power."

I blushed a little. "Your witches are actually very powerful, you should be proud of what they accomplished, even if they were doing it for wimpy reasons."

He laughed. "Thank you, I think?"

I giggled shrugging.

We walked into the gorgeous kitchen and I grabbed an apple out of a basket on the table.
