reece looked blake up and down multiple times as he was driving.
he looked hot.
he was wearing a pair of blue jeans with a white shirt tucked in, then a red flannel over the top.
blake noticed the dirty blonde boy looking at him, laughing softly at the facial expressions.

"you okay there reecey?"
blake smiled, slowly bringing the car to a stop.
they had been driving for hours, but reece hadn't noticed because he had been talking to blake the whole time, and staring at him.

"wh- oh yeah i'm fineee"
reece smiled, snapping out of his daydream.
blake smiled and got out of the car, walking over to the boot.

"blake.. where are we? i see nothing.."
reece said as he got out the car, looking around.
blake produced a picnic basket from the boot of the car and walked over to reece, holding his hand with his free one.

"this way bubs"
he smiled, starting to stroll along a path.
they walked hand in hand for a good ten minutes, before arriving at their destination.

it was a pretty beach, just on the coast.
reece had told blake he loved the beach when they were on facetime at 1am a short while ago, but he never expected blake to remember.

"oh my- blake you're so amazing.."
reece smiled and hugged blake tightly.
the weather was pleasant, sunny with only a few clouds in sight.
unsurprisingly, the beach was pretty full, but only with adults and not children.
blake had looked before, children weren't allowed on this beach due to the rocks in the ocean being so dangerous.

blake smiled at reece, putting a blanket down on the sand, then sitting on it.
reece sat next to him quickly, smiling at the taller boy.

"i got your favourite sandwiches.. butter with some wotsits inside right?"
blake smiled, opening the hamper.
it was around 2pm, so the boys were absolutely starving.

"how do you know that?"
reece blushed whilst nodding.

"i asked brad, he told me all your likes and dislikes.. you don't like grape flavoured things?"

"in my defence, they taste purple, not like grapes"
reece giggled, taking the sandwich from blake.

"so.. why wotsits in a sandwich?"
blake asked as reece took a bite of the odd sandwich.

"they're yummy, trust me just try it"
reece smiled.
blake took a bite out of the sandwich and sat there for a moment.

"wait- that's nice.."

"i told you blakeeee"
reece giggled and kissed his cheek, making blake blush a little bit.
they ate the sandwiches, then blake reached back into the basket.

"now.. hula hoops.. you sure love crisps don't you?"
blake laughed, passing him a pack of barbecue hula hoops.

"yes.."
reece took them, looking slightly embarrassed.

"hey it's okay, they're delicious"
blake smiled and ate the packet of crisps.
they sat and chatted for a while, just discussing things that randomly popped into their heads.
they were some really weird thoughts.

"is soup a food or a drink?"
reece asked softly.

"uhh.. a food but it's a liquid?"

"but liquids are drinks.. it's just tomato juice practically isn't it?"

"i don't know reece"
blake laughed, pulling out a few bottles of lemonade.
he passed one to reece, who had his head on blake's lap.
reece took it and sat up, taking a sip.

"you really interrogated brad huh? he told you all my favourite things.."

"not your favourite animal though.. i wanna know so please enlighten me"
blake smiled as reece laid his head back on his lap.

"hmm.. probably a stegosaurus, but they're extinct now"

"but you can see them at the natural history museum right?"

"well yes.. but that's hours away blake"
reece sighed.

"i'm taking you there during the holidays"
blake smiled.

"no blake that's expensive to get there"

"reece it's a present from me to you"

"no it's too much.."

"i've already got us a hotel and train tickets reece, there's no turning back bubs"

"blakeeee"
reece whined, slapping the boy's thigh gently.

"kinky"
