blake picked reece up from his house and drove to the train station.
they managed to not miss the train, which was surprising.
the tickets were first class, and reece got mad at blake.

"blake why did you spend so much freaking money?"

"it's my treat reecey"

"this is so bloody expensive"
reece hissed as he sat down in his seat.

"as i said, my treat baby boy"

the train journey was around three hours.
(i can't do geography so shush)
the two boys finally ended up in central london.
blake carried the cases out of the station, and to a cab where he put them into the boot.
it was only around twenty minutes until they got to the hotel they would be staying in.

"blake no"

"reece yes"

"blake.. oh my god.."
reece mumbled as he looked at the hotel.

"only the best for my bubba"
blake smiled, paying the driver.
he grabbed the cases and took them into the fancy ass hotel, signing in at the desk.
reece certainly was underdressed, wearing some grey sweatpants and blake's hoodie which he had stolen.
blake took reece's hand after giving the cases to one of the workers to take to their room.

"you look cute reecey"
blake smiled, slowly walking up the grand flights of stairs to the top floor.
reece didn't like elevators, so they had to walk.
when they arrived, blake unlocked the door to show reece the penthouse suite.
aka the most fancy room in the whole fancy hotel.

"blake where did you get the money for this trip?"

"i've been doing pub gigs for a few years, plus my mum has a lot of money to spare.."

"thank you so much"
reece smiled, standing on his tiptoes to kiss the taller boy.
blake kissed him back, holding his waist gently.
they both pulled away after a little while, smiles plastered on their cute faces.

"now get changed into something nice, it's time for the main reason why we're here"
blake smiled, grabbing the cases and passing reece his.
reece giggled and picked out some blue jeans and a beatles shirt tucked in.
blake was wearing black trousers and a white t-shirt.

"you look adorable baby boy, but you might get a bit cold without a jacket"
blake smiled, looking at reece.

"i'll be fineeee"
reece watched as blake put a jacket on.

"alright.. let's go then bubs"

the boys walked out of the hotel room, going downstairs and getting onto a train.
reece shook slightly, not liking the loud sounds.

"reece? reece!"
blake whisper shouted.

"ouchie blakey"
reece whined, looking at the other boy.
blake pulled reece's headphones out of his bag, putting them over the boy's ears.
he stroke the blonde's hair until his breathing slowed again, kissing his head gently.
reece left them on until they were off the train, where he handed them back to blake.

"tank chu blake!"
reece smiled, hugging him tightly.

"that's quite alright bubba, now we've got a five minute walk, is that okay?"
blake held reece's hand tightly, starting to walk as reece nodded his head.
he got a bit cold, as blake predicted, so blake kindly passed reece his jacket, laughing softly at the boy.

they walked for a little while, until they reached the entrance of a big building.
the natural history museum.
reece had dreamt of going there since he was a little boy, but his parents never took him because of the long journey they didn't want to make.

"b-blake.."
reece looked at him, tearing up slightly.

"hey hey don't cry love"
blake said softly, wiping the tear that had slipped from reece's eye.

"i've always wanted to come here.."
reece sniffled a little, hugging blake tightly.

"they've got a special dinosaur exhibition on at the moment, brad told me you liked them"
blake walked into the museum slowly, pulling out the tickets from his pocket.

"you're the best"
reece smiled, skipping over to the dinosaurs.
he was smiling the whole time, he just couldn't stop.
when it got to the giant dinosaur model that moved, reece couldn't contain his excitement, and he sprinted right over, dragging blake with him.

"blakey look!"
he looked up at the dinosaur in awe.

"wow baby"
blake listened to the boy talk about the dinosaurs one by one, surprised by the amount he knew.

"it's so coooooolllll"
reece looked around.

"reece whilst we're here, i've got something to ask you.."
blake said quietly.

"ooh what is it?"
reece asked, looking at him slightly confused.

"i was wondering if you wanted to be my boyfriend..?"
blake asked him.

"yesyesyesyes"
reece squealed.

blake leant down and kissed the shorter boy gently.
the dinosaurs made it better.
blake bough reece a little dinosaur teddy at the end of their visit to always remind him of the trip.
that dinosaur hasn't left his sight yet.
