Kao was in class, focusing onto their learning for today, flipping onto pages of their textbooks when their lecturer told them to when he suddenly felt his phone vibrated from his pants pocket

Kao sighed displeasely, rolling his eyes when he saw the name of the text sender. It was Pete. He was irritated that Pete are always ditching class, wandering to gods know where. It's not like he cares but Pete kept on bugging him, texting him during class that there was this one time he almost get caught playing with his phone in class by the lecturer. He complained to Pete about it, threatening Pete that he wont be replying to his messages in class anymore.

Dont disturb me

Kao replied shortly, shutting his phone, adamant onto his words last time that he wont be replying to Pete's text anymore. That was what he thought yet his eyes were fixated on his phone screen, waiting for a notification from Pete to pop out on his lock screen so that he can continue to nag at Pete more

Its been two weeks since the camping trip they had together. A camping trip that became a turning point to their friendship. Since then, both of the boys who once can't breathe with the presence of each other in one room, who once can't exchange a proper conversation without glaring or cursing, who once were sworn enemies now were inseparable like two bros. They both are still bickering now and then but it was just a small and silly fights that they'll get over soon after. Even June, Sandee and Thada were bewildered with the drastic changes of behaviour between the two boys. "Just what happened between the two of you?" was a question from Thada, confused and curious about how the two boys became closer but Pete and Kao just laughed at them, not bothering to explain their friendship tragedy from A to Z. Sandee, June and Thada were curious yet they let it slide because now all five of them can sit together in one table, chatting and teasing like bestfriends without anyone(Pete and Kao) fighting like cats and dog

Im bored

Kao's phone vibrated under the table, Pete replied to his text in less than 15 seconds, rolling his eyes again when he saw Pete's text. This dumbass rather be bored to death than come to class

Kao:

Then go to class, you wouldn't be bored

Pete:

Dats even boringg!

Kao:

Ok bye, I want to study

Pete:

Come over and play games w me. Ill fetch u. Ditch dat class!!

Kao groaned in annoyance, raising attention to the few students sitting near him as they whipped their heads briefly towards Kao's direction. Kao smiled sheepishly as he pretend to not understand what the lecturer are teaching. His head ducked once more, his hand beneath the table, replying to Pete's dumb invitation

Kao:

Kao replied firmly. Refusing to be persuaded by Pete. What fool does Pete take him for? Kao never skipped classes and he didn't intend on doing it until he graduated from this Uni

My legs still hurt

Kao:
