Kiss Me Again (PeteKao)

It had been three days since the fight between Pete and Kao. It had been three days since both of them had a proper interaction between each other. Avoiding each other's presence had been a routine between Kao and Pete during the past three days. If one of them was inside the room, the other one will get out and vice versa. It made Sandee, June and Thada felt uncomfortable but they could do nothing.

Currently, June was sitting with Pete on a table where they usually hang out in the cafe. They both were waiting for Sandee to finish her coursework and Thada voluntered to wait for Sandee in the classroom together with her.

A deep sigh escaped June's lips

"Kao rarely hang out with us anymore" June said sunkenly, his shoulder drooping

Pete looked over at June. He didn't like the fact that June was sad that Kao wasn't there with them.

Did he like Kao that much?

The weird feelings came again but Pete quickly shook it away. He continued playing with games inside his mobile phone, ignoring June's existence there with him

"Hey did you noticed that Kao would always disappear right after class these days?" June suddenly asked Pete in a hushed tone yet Pete continued to  ignore him. He didn't want to hear anything about Kao right now

"Gossiping again huh?" June suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder, making him momentarily shocked. He turned around and saw that Sandee and Thada were behind him grinning like idiots

June just tsked at them, ignoring their weird behaviour

"I was just telling Pete about Kao who always disappear right after class these days" June stated after Sandee took a seat beside him

"Why do you bother telling him, it's not like he cares" Sandee said giving Pete a scowl

I do care. Pete said unconciously in his head and he was thankful that he didn't say that outloud

"I saw him getting into someone's car just now" Thada suddenly intervene

"Was the driver a handsome man who looked a little older than us?" Sandee asked excitedly

Thada just nodded, a glint of jealousy appeared in his eyes but it was gone as soon as it appeared

"His dad?" June asked curiously

"No, you fool" a flick landed on June's forehead

"He looks more like Kao's sugar daddy. I saw Kao with that handsome man yesterday too" Sandee continued while cackling

Hearing this, Pete's head suddenly shot up. His breathing halted

What?

"You stupid! Why would you say it like that?" June went to hit on Sandee's arm but halted when he saw Thada glaring at him so he could just silently retreat his hand to his side while sending a scowl to Sandee

"I was kidding. But for real though, they both looked good together. One is handsome and hot and one is cute and delicate" Sandee continued saying her made up delusion like a fangirl

She didn't know that behind her, Pete was already burning in rage hearing the nonsense spewing out from Sandee's mouth. He could feel waves of possesiveness coursing through his chest

Oblivious to the furious man behind her, Sandee continued speaking

"I don't really mind if Kao ended up dating a guy though. If he suddenly came out to us saying that he's dating-"

A sudden slam on the table cuts Sandee's words, shooking them. It was Pete. Pete's chest were heaving up and down, his eyes sending an angry glare towards Sandee making Sandee a little bit scared. Seeing this, Thada step up in front of Pete, his hand holding Pete's shoulder, afraid that he would suddenly hurt Sandee
