The next morning, a luxuriously expensive familiar car was seen parked in front of Kao's front gate. It was Pete's. Pete woke up early in the morning with the intention of fetching Kao to class. It was surprising since he never went to morning class let alone waking up early for class. Pete had been waiting inside the car, waiting for Kao to show up. He didn't dare to go out when he saw Kao's mom cautiously peeking at him through the front window repeatedly. He was suddenly nervous

Meanwhile Kao's mom was getting worried as to why there is a suspicious black car parked in front of their house. Her hand instinctively went to their door lock as her thoughts wander dangerously, scared that it was actually thieves waiting for them to open the door so they could rob the house

Kao who was walking down the stairs, ready to go to class was greeted with his mom weird behaviour whom repeatedly peeking through the window behind the blinds

"Mae, what are you doing?" Kao asked curiously, his hand reaching for the lock to open the door but his mom slapped his hands away

"Kao, don't go to class today" the elder women said in a worried tone

"Huh, why?" Kao asked, confused that his mom suddenly asked him to skip class

"There is a suspicious car parked in front of our gate. It's been there for thirty minutes already. I think it might be robbers. I'm calling the police now" Kao's mom said in a hushed whisper, reaching for her phone that was still charging

Robbers? Who wants to rob this small house? Kao suddenly panicked

Kao peeked through the blinds and immediately released an annoyed sigh

"Mae, don't call the police" Kao told his mom when he saw that the woman was already dialing numbers in her phone

"Why? Are you familiar with the car?" the woman asked in confusion

Kao just nodded, not wanting to explain to his mom about Pete

"I'm going now. Love you" Kao said before his mom could ask him anymore question. He left not before giving his mom a hug and a kiss on the cheeks

As soon as he reached the front gate, he knocked onto the dark tinted car window, an annoyed expression plastered on his face. The automatic window rolled down revealing Pete's innocent grinning face

"What are you doing here?" Kao asked him right away

"I'm fetching you to class" Pete replied with a smile Kao really want to brush off from Pete's face

Kao narrowed his glance at Pete. Not understanding Pete's intention. He already hinted Pete that he didn't want to see Pete last night, not until he's ready to talk to him yet Pete showed up here like nothing has happened between the both of them

"My mom thinks you're a robber" Kao said

Pete released a nervous laugh, ducking his head to look at Kao's mom who was still standing in front of the doorway. Pete gave the elderly woman a small wave, wanting to reassure her that he was not a robber. Kao's mom replied with a friendly smile, now finally relieved that her son was safe as she went back inside the house

"Get in" Pete demanded when he saw that Kao was still standing outside

Kao gave Pete a suspicious look before replying

"No, I'll take the motor taxi"

Pete tsked at the stubborn boy in front of him

"Don't make me drag you inside. Get in" Pete said again, his tone slightly became stern

Kao was somehow slightly afraid at Pete's small threat. Scared at the method the man will use if he didn't comply so he reluctantly went inside the car as Pete smiled in victory. Somehow satisfied
