Kiss Me Again (PeteKao)

Pete was laying on his king sized bed, shirtless, his pecs and muscle showing as he was only wearing his pajama bottom. His hair was a little damp causing the mattress that he was laying his head on to be a little soaked. Pete was too lazy to take the hairdryer to dry his own hair

Pete was smiling contentedly. He had spent the whole day today with Kao after Kao had finished his shift. He had taken Kao to eat and walked around the mall with him after that. Pete had told Kao to buy whatever the man wanted but Kao didn't ask him for anything so they ended up trying out different foods and deserts from different restaurant and cafe there. It was such a simple doing but it made Pete so happy. He had never done anything like that before. The two ate dinner together before Pete sent Kao back to his home

Pete sighed, smiling happily remembering his activity with Kao today. Today he saw another different kind of cute side of Kao that he had never seen before. He noticed that Kao gets excited when trying out different kind of deserts, his eyes glinted with happiness with just a mere sight of the sweet foods. Pete thought that Kao especially looked like a child that were given a candy for the first time. He wanted to see that cute side of Kao over and over again. He had already searched for other desserts cafe to bring Kao to the next time he took Kao out again

What is Kao doing right now?

Pete reached out for his phone near the lamp on his bedside table as he tap on Kao's contact on the phone screen and again laid on his bed, waiting for Kao to pick up his call

"Hello" Kao finally answered

Pete unconciously smiled listening to Kao's voice

"What are you doing?" Pete then asked

"Hmm, just reading" Kao answered, the sound of pages flipping was heard by Pete on the other side of the phone

He must be studying right now. Pete thought

"Why did you call me?" Kao asked when he heard Pete being silent

"Nothing, I just want to hear your voice" Pete said in a straightforward tone

Kao who was currently revising suddenly lose his focus when he heard Pete uttering the words. Kao could feel his face heating up. He was sure that his face was as red as the tomato right now

After he confessed to me, he keeps on getting shameless. Kao thought silently while getting a little bit shy

"Yuck, that is so cringy" Kao finally replied after composing his self causing Pete to chuckle a little

"You like it, don't you?" Pete teases Kao, wondering what kind of faces Kao is making right now

He's probably scowling again

"In your dreams!" Kao retorted causing Pete to chuckle again

"Why are you so cute Kao?" Pete asked again, not done with his teasing

"How should I know?" Kao replied. Pete could feel that Kao was giving him an eyeroll when he said that

Pete then smiled in amusement, sighing softly

Pete then look at the table clock on his bedside table and saw that it was 30 minutes past midnight already. They have class tommorow morning so he decided to end the call to let Kao sleep early

"You should sleep now. Don't stay up too late" Pete reminded, his voice was gentle

Kao just hummed at him in respond

"Goodnight" Pete said again

"Mhmm" Kao again hummed in respond causing Pete to tsked at him

Is your mouth too heavy to wish me a simple goodnight? Pete grumbled silently
