10 years later, Snow White grew into a beautiful young woman, still living in Bag End with the Hobbits. They all cared for her and cherished her.
Frodo and Sam had grown a great bond with the princess, but Frodo liked her the most, even though he had feelings for Sam for a while, although Sam had feelings for Rosie Cotton.
Everyday, before the Hobbits went to work, they warned Snow White no to let anyone in while they were gone, and they'd always return with a warm welcome from their beloved princess, along with a hot meal prepared for them.
Back in Myriam, the queen had believed that Snow White was gone, but when she found the blue ribbon by her mirror, she suspected something had gone wrong.
She looked into her mirror, and asked it once again, "mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?"
The mirror answered, "you, my queen, are very fair, it's true, but Snow White, living with the Hobbits of the Shire, is even more fairer than you."
When the queen learned the truth, she was filled with anger. She looked through the portal and found where her stepdaughter was staying, and it enraged her even more.
"Now I must find a way to get rid of her myself!"
Disguising herself as an old Hobbit woman, the queen went through the portal, which took her into Hobbiton, the Shire.
From there, she went to search for Snow White.
Meanwhile, the Hobbits were preparing to leave for the day.
"Snow White, remember to not let anyone into the house while we're gone." Frodo warned.
"The queen might discover that you're here, so beware of strangers." Sam added.
"My dear Hobbits, I've been living with you guys for 10 years. You don't have to worry about me."
"We only do because we love you, my dear child." Bilbo said, taking Snow White's hand. "Now head inside and lock the door."
After waving goodbye, the princess went into the house and locked the door.
The queen, who has been hiding by a nearby Hobbit hole, saw exactly where the princess was located, and headed towards Bag End.
When she got there, she knocked on the door, saying, "ribbons and laces for sale! Beautiful ribbons and laces!"
Hearing the old woman, the princess opened the door.
"Good day, kind Hobbit woman."
"Hello, dear child, I'm selling all sorts of ribbons and laces, filled with all colors you can think of!"
"What kind do you have?"
The old woman took out the blue ribbon, which was the same ribbon she used to banish Snow White, but the girl didn't recognize it.
"Would you like to try this one on?" She asked.
"I would love to!"
Snow White took the ribbon and put it around her waist, then she went to a mirror and looked to see how it looked on her.
"How beautiful."
The old woman stepped towards her.
"Here, let me tie it for you."
She took the ribbon and started tying around Snow White. However, she tied it so hard, and so tight that she couldn't breathe, and the girl fell to the floor.
The queen looked over her, satisfied.
"Now I am once again the fairest of them all!"
The queen ran out of the house, and went back through the portal; believing she had killed the princess.
