Jungkook's POV

I watch Y/N drop to the ground, my heartbeat increasing along with my anger. I run up to the guard, snatching the gun out of his hand and shooting him in the dick. I then proceed to shoot his chest as he falls to the ground.

I throw the gun down, turning around and running to Y/N's body. I slide down next to her, crouching on the ground. I hold her hand in mine, my right hand moving to check her pulse on her neck. I felt her heartbeat slowing, and I tried to calm myself down by thanking god that she was still alive.

Looking at her pale face, I couldn't help but cry. A tear rolls down my cheek as I look up towards Bruno, "What do we do?!" I shout, vision getting blurry because of the tears in my eyes.

Her body looked lifeless, eyes shut and mouth hanging open slightly taking in short but uneven breaths. She looked weak and sick. I had never thought I would see her like this.

Bruno shakes his head, "I don't know! She's- She's supposed to be the doctor in our team, I don't know what to do!!!"

I sigh, trying to calm myself down, "Bring me a cloth, QUICK!"

Bruno runs somewhere, bringing the piece of cloth we used for Kai between his teeth. I look down at Y/N, "Please, please stay with me! You're okay, you're alive."

I grab the cloth from Bruno, using it to press down on the wound to stop the bleeding. It wasn't working though, because the blood just kept on coming. Bruno looks at me, voice cracking as he spoke, "Jungkook... what do we do?"

I shake my head, giving up, allowing myself to cry on her lifeless body, my tears hitting her stomach and the wound.

All of a sudden, Y/N gasps, taking a large breath, her eyes bursting open. I widen my eyes in surprise, immediately moving to hold her face. I look into her eyes, "Are you okay?!"

She looks down at her wound, her eyes widening as she sees something, "What did you do?" She asks, voice cracking. I look down, and notice that... the wound was gone?

I shake my head, "That doesn't make sense, you were shot! Where- where's the blood?!"

I look at Bruno, "Are you looking at this?!"

He nods, his little puppy eyes wide, "There was definitely a wound there, what just happened?"

Y/N then groans, trying to sit up. I grab her back, helping her gain her balance. Once sat up, she looks down at her stomach, examining it. There was no wound, no blood, no signs of her being shot. She looks into my eyes, "Did I imagine all of that?"

Bruno and I shake my head violently and he speaks, "No, we definitely saw that! What the hell is going on?"

My eyes widen, mouth gaping open as I realise what might have happened.

I immediately stand up, running over to a tree and picking out a small splinter. I run back to Y/N and Bruno, sitting down next to them. I take the splinter, and dig it through my skin.

Y/N widens her eyes, "Are you insane?! Why would you do that?!"

I watch as blood protrudes from my index finger, and then I try my best to cry. I feel my vision start to get blurry, and as soon as I feel a tear about to come out, I lift my finger up, putting it right in front of my eye.

Bruno raises an eyebrow, confusion lacing his features while Y/N just sat back and watched.

A tear falls from my eye onto my finger, and, just as I had suspected, the wound started to instantly heal. I point it towards Y/N and she gasps, "Your tears can heal people?!"

Bruno gasps too, looking at me, "Wait, that's amazing!"

I shake my head, "Every power has a drawback, I shouldn't take advantage of this too much."

I look up at Y/N, immediately lifting her up and hugging her tightly. She wraps her arms around my neck, digging her face into my shoulder. "I thought you were gone." I say, happiness taking over me as I realised that she was alive.

She nods, "Me too, actually. I never expected you to have magic in you."

I smile, pulling away from her and looking into her eyes, "We should get moving, the guards might come back."

She nods, standing up. "So what actually happened, where did you guys go? And where's Kai?"

I help her get up, holding her arm, "Kai wanted to go to the toilet, so we decided to take him further into the woods to do his business before you woke up."

Bruno nods, continuing for me, "Yes, and don't worry, we tied him up to a tree so he wouldn't be able to get away. But while he was doing his business, I saw a guard running over to the direction where you were sleeping. We left Kai there and immediately ran after him, but I guess we were too late."

Y/N nods, walking over to help us start to pack, "Jungkook, go get Kai. Bruno and I will clean stuff up around here."

I nod, turning around and walking back into the woods to get Kai.

As I arrive at the tree where he was, I sighed in relief when he was still attached to it . Kai looks over at me, and immediately starts yelling, "What the hell is wrong with you?! How dare you leave me alone here in the wilderness like some rabid pack animal?!"

I walk over to him, untying the rope from the tree and tying it to my arms so he wouldn't be able to run. I sigh, "Your guard shot Y/N."

His eyes widen fast and his mouth falls open, "What?! Please tell me she's okay! I never even ordered them to shoot her, I'd rather they shot you!"

"You care about her a lot," I mumble, dragging him towards the site. He nods, "Of course I do! In case you forgot, I'm in love with her??"

I scoff, "You're not the one who saved her life though."

Kai looks at me, raising an eyebrow, "You saved her life? How?"

"You don't need to know that." I say, shaking my head, "All you need to know is that I saved her."

Kai smirks, "In case you're forgetting, boy, you barely know Y/N. I've known her for ages; I know everything about her, including her secrets and her fears."

I look over at him, intrigue written all over my face, "She'll tell me her secrets herself, when she trusts me enough." I say, looking back at the path we were walking on.

He shrugs, "We were friends, you know. And she did tell me all her secrets; she trusted me a lot."

"Why doesn't she remember you now?" I ask.

He sighs, "When we were friends, I used a fake name; my mother wouldn't have let me make friends with her so I couldn't use my real one. And when I saw her again, just seeing the look on her face, the look of hatred she had for me, I couldn't bring myself to say anything."

I grit my teeth, looking at him with a hard expression. Only one thing was going through my head: if she finds out he's actually her childhood friend, will she go back to him?

Kai speaks, as if reading my mind instantly, "I've been too much of a dick to her for her to even want to remember me now. Even if she does, there's no way she'll look at me in a different way."

"Why do I get a feeling that she will?" I mumble.

Kai chuckles, "If she does, that'll be the best day of my goddamn life."

I sigh, my face immediately falling.
