It was the day of the party.

You had changed into a red, sleeveless dress, with a lace bodes, there were two pieces cut out on your sides, exposing your waist. The top had beautiful embroidery on it, and appeared simple. The lace flowed into a thin red skirt, with a slit in the side, exposing your right leg; the dress was tight from the top and hugged your body perfectly, but you were confused as to how Mizuki had managed to get hold of it on such short notice. Somehow he had also gotten makeup kits for you to use, jewellery and black high heels. For makeup, you kept it simple, choosing to just put simple foundation and concealer along with pink blush and highlighter, in the end also deciding to add winged liner. For a final pop of colour, you added dark red lipstick. You decided to leave your curly hair open, parting it to the side and letting it flow on the right side of your body. You wore the ring your mother gave you on your right hand, and the ring Jungkook had given you on your left.  Kai had also given you a strap, which had a gun in it just in case. You attached it to your thigh. With a final spritz of perfume, you were ready.

You sigh, opening the door to your room and walking down the hallway and the stairs, hearing the click of your heels as you went along. You step in front of the closed door which led to the 'briefing room', as you liked to call it. Taking in a deep breath, you pushed the door open.

As soon as you step inside, the first thing you noticed was the absence of the guards. The only people there were Bruno, Kai, Jungkook and Mizuki. Their jaws collectively dropped as they saw you.

Jungkook's eyes went wide open, the French fry in his hands dropping to the floor as soon as he caught a glimpse of you. You looked stunning. Although he did like how the dress exposed some of your body, he preferred staring at your face instead. He loved how embarrassed you looked when catching everyone staring. Kai was not surprised, he knew how good you could look, yet he always felt his jaw still drop each time he laid eyes on you. He stopped staring after a while, knowing how embarrassed you probably felt.

Bruno walks up to you, whistling, "Wow. You look beautiful."

Your cheeks blush pinker than they already were, gaze dropping to the floor instantly. To be honest, you weren't this shy, but when you felt Jungkook staring at you, you instantly felt like your soul was leaving your body.

Mizuki chuckles, sticking his hands in his pockets and walking up to you, eyeing the dress, "Damn, I knew this would look good on you. I'm a genius, honestly."

Jungkook clears his throat, and this is when you get a proper chance to look at him. He was wearing a black suit, the jacket open and exposing his white button-up shirt and red tie. His hair was parted to the right like yours, and an earring was dangling from his left ear. You tear your eyes away from him, looking at Kai who was wearing a simple T-shirt and blue jeans. Your gaze falls on Mizuki, who is also wearing a suit. Your eyebrow cocks up, "I didn't know you were coming with us."

Mizuki shakes his had, adjusting his tie, "I'm not coming with you, and not as Mizuki either."

Jungkook groans, rolling his eyes, "I feel like I get a headache every time this dude opens his mouth."

Mizuki scoffs, "How rude." He sticks his hands in his pockets, "I meant, I'm invited as my real name, Jung Min-Jun, the CEO's son's best friend."

You scratch your head, furrowing your eyebrows, "This is so complicated, couldn't you have just gone if you were already invited? Why the fuck are we going? Plus, you're friends with Min's son? Honestly you're the most mysterious person I have ever met."

Mizuki smiles, "Thanks. And the reason I'm invited is to keep the son company, I can't leave his side so that's where you two come in." He walks over to you, handing you a tiny ear piece. You put it into your ear, covering your ear with your hair. He then hands one to Jungkook, who does the same. Mizuki stands back, "We'll communicate through these, they're gonna be on the whole time. Kai and Bruno are gonna be in a car parked outside the mansion, listening in on us and acting as a getaway vehicle in case anything goes wrong."
