Wade sighed as he peered into the sanctum through the large glass roof. The Mercenary took in a deep breath, hands meeting his hips with his head cocked curiously to the side. The Doctor wasn't in, however, Wong very well could be. He had to be careful. Wade looked up at the sky, cheeks puffing out into a pout from behind the thick leather mask.
" Maximum effort." The Anti-Hero mumbled to himself, slowly stepping back. He realized it wasn't the time to joke.
Wade jolted into a run forward, taking in a careful breath before his body crumbled through the thick glass.
[ That's going to hurt later.]
[ It's for Peter. It doesn't matter.]
[ How do we know this os going to work? He might not even BE in a coma.]
[ It worked for that kid, remember the one with the nightmares? Remember?]
[ Of course I remember!]
He cursed under his breath, the voices going silent in the back of his mind. Wilson crumbled to the ground with a large boom that filled the sanctum. The cracks running through his body sent pain through him, nothing he hadn't handled before.
Instead of taking a minute to collect himself after the impact, he forced his body from the hard floor. On shaky feet he dragged himself to the center of the room, the slowly healing concussion forcing his vision to blur. Broken bones took their time to snap in place, forcing themselves to heal. It was extremely painful, but Wade couldn't remember what it was like not to feel pain.
It wasn't the worst he's ever felt, the cancer constantly breaking down his body was much more painful. Seeing Peter like that was much more painful. His heart throbbed in his chest, and he prayed he wouldn't cry. Leather and tears didn't go very well together.
The suit tightened around his skin, clinging to the sores in his rough skin. crystal eyes scanned along the sanctum, searching until...
B I N G O
The mercenary bolted to the glass case, looking carefully around. It couldn't be this easy. Right? Wade took in a shaky breath, slamming his fist against the glass that seperated him from the precious relic. As he grasped for the Amulet of Agamotto, ignoring the shards of glass digging into his tough skin. He'd save Peter from his comma, him and Nightmare were totally besties.
Deadpool slipped the amulet around his neck, limping toward the wide windows that looked over the large city. He had done this once before, for an eight year old named Peter Quincy who was having nightmares about an evil man that Wade definitely had to unalive.
He knew the easiest way to get to the dream realm, with the amulet around his neck, was to die.

The Arachnid screamed, getting to his feet. He backed away from the evil man, sucking in a sharp breath. A hurricane was stirring in his blood, brown eyes watching the large figure in front of him. Steal claws carrying his large body as it drew closer to the terrifying Peter.
The small boy could feel the pain growl through his sore limbs, as he bolted away from the large man.
He ran, and ran, and ran but he wasn't getting any farther from the monster. Steel claws scraped against the ground, tormenting the spiders every move..
" The itsy-bitsy spider ran up the waterspout.." Doctor Octavious growled like a wild animal, eyes sparkling with anger.
Every step closer caused Peter's heart to thud, body shaking dramatically. Tears threatened to well in his beautiful brown eyes, crying for his mercenary to save him.
" WADE?!" He screamed out, throat raw from all his harsh cries.
" Then came the rain.." He hummed, a large claw clamping harshly around Peter's body. The monster pinned the small boy against rough concrete, claws tightening around his small body as he drew closer. " And washed the spider out."
Peter squirmed in his harsh grasp, kicking against the ground beneath him. The spider could feel the hope drain from his blood, the hot tears staining his porcelain skin.
" Wade.."

After Wade's body splattered against the hard pavement, his eyes were met with a drooling monster. A wide grin fell over him, a he tugged his leather mask off.
" Nightmare, my old friend!" The mercenary squealed like a child, extending his arms as he ran to the entity. " I feel just like a little girl!"
Nightmare stared at Wade for a long time before letting out an angry whine, throwing his crown to the floor. He quickly stepped out of the way, watching the lunatic fall straight onto his face. The entity drew closer, a snarl on his face as he glared down at Wade.
" You promised you wouldn't come back!" He snapped, as the mercenary got to his feet, huffing.
" Well, my sweet little dream man.."
Deadpool hummed, pinching his white cheeks with a playful grin. "Its an emergency."
" Emergency?"
" My boyfriend is in a coma and I need you to wake him up, pretty please?" He drew out the last couple of words with a playful whine, softly kicking his foot out and leaning in close to the entity. " I'm a damsel, and I'm in distress!"
" You won't come back here again..?"
" Won't you miss me..?"
" Absolutely not."
Nightmare scoffed, eyes meeting the mercenaries, shaking his head. He reluctantly agreed to Wade's deal, knowing he's regret it later.
