The team met at Charles' house, where Burgess and Ruzek were waiting to show them what they had discovered. They walked pass the other officers, flashing their badges and joined their colleagues in a room filled with laptops and computers.

"Hey," Burgess greeted them before bringing them up to speed. "We searched her room, nothing that proved that she lied or didn't lie. But lots of evidence against those guys, especially for, um, rape." Burgess explained, sighing as she felt really bad for the girl.

"Then, in here, all the chips along with the name of the girl they belong to." Ruzek pointed at a specific laptop where they could see a map with only one red dot. The others were black dots written disconnected with the name of the girl who used to have it. "There is only one left and it hasn't moved for an hour or so. We think she might be getting it out." He zoomed in the red dot Ava Sinclair was written on it and it was situated at an odd building not so far from the 11th District.

"Upton, Burgess and Atwater you're checking it out. Ruzek and Antonio you're staying here. If the dot moves or disconnects, you tell us. I'm gonna go visit District 11, see if they know Amelia."

"Voight! What a pleasure!" The man walked towards Voight, shaking his hand.

"Sergeant Smith," Voight greeted, as he walked with the Sergeant to their workspace. There were a few other detectives. They went to Smith's office and Voight took a seat in from of him.

"What can I do for you Sergeant?" He asked, smiling at Voight who couldn't help but being angry at him. If Ava really was the Amelia they found, how could he be so fine with her detective being stuck in a gang for half a year? Voight knew he'd never let that happen to his detectives.

"You know my team arrested Charles' crew on the West side?" Voight asked as Smith's eyes widened.

"Oh! Did you now? Congratulations!" He nervously laughed as Voight glared at him.

"We did. You know who we found?" Smith lost his smile as he sighed, "Ava Sinclair, or should I say Detective Amelia Davis?" Voight confronted him, leaning forward to take a closer look at Smith.

"Wow, uh-"

"Cut the bullshit." Voight cut him off, "Why is her photo not in the system anymore?"

"W-what?" Smith asked, genuinely confused.

"Look her name up in he database." Voight told him, he had taken a chance by trusting Amelia's word and accusing Smith of leaving his detective there. He was now pretty sure it was the actual truth and she had not lied about it.
