Chapter 24: The dream

Gabriel's POV

(In her dreams) 

I woke up inside a log cabin in the middle of the woods. It was nighttime. "I probably overslept"

I went to the kitchen to grab some water, when I heard a faint noise coming from the living area. I rushed to see what the heck was going on.

I dropped the glass in my hands, tears started to form in my eyes.

"Lu.....na..." Rose weakly said. Her body was covered in cuts and bruises. She looked up to me with teary eyes. "Wh....y..??"

I was confused. I didn't do this to her-

"Heya Moon"

I turned around, there I saw the floating image of my dark side.

"Bloody Luna"

"Long time no see, Moon, how'd ya been?"

I clenched my fists and stared at them "What do you want?" I asked, clenching my teeth

They pranced around and laughed like a maniac "Oh, Moon, don't you know what date it is today?"

That's when I was hit with a sudden realization

"That's right, so if I were you, I would probably have some distance from your so-called friend, unless you don't want to see them again"

We stood there silently, it was staring at the lifeless body of Rose "Hey, Gabriel, lemme ask you something" I didn't respond "Do you have any feelings towards this girl?" They pointed at Rose

I didn't answer, they laughed.

"Oh well, I better get going, but I'll see you tonight" with that, they disappeared into the moonlight

I fell down on my knees and sobbed quietly

"Not again.."
