The love that I felt towards him is not the love that others define.
I love him, I adore him, I'm amazed by him.
I love him for making me laugh every time,
Telling me jokes and making funny faces.
I love him for playing with me like a child, enjoying every moment of it.
I love him for patting my head, though sometimes he ruins my hairstyle and I may seem like a dog because of it.
I love him for teaching me tricks and tactics so I can move to the top, along with him.
I love him for encouraging me to do my best,
Telling me that I can do better than that,
Asking me if I'm okay with just this.
I love him, without lust, without expecting anything in return.
I love him, wishing his family well, his kids and his wife healthy.
I love him, feeling happy whenever I'm with him, not wanting to hurt his feelings.
I love him, and wanted to be appreciated by him.
I love him, and so I listened to everything he wanted to say, his rants, his problems, his plans, and more.
I love him, and wanted to stay by his side.
Forever, if it may, but no. It can't be.
I love him, and I'm okay having this love of a brother-sister relationship.
I love him, and I'm thankful being a part of his life.Created: October 31, 2019
