March 2017

One Monday night, Harry got brave. He had a plan in his mind, if it didn't work he had decided to leave Rosalie alone but he prayed it didn't. Entering the bar that night he took a seat on a bar stool and looked around for her.

She was at the other end of the bar serving a customer and waited for her to spot him. A different bartender served him a pint of beer and he waited, watching her as she walked around talking to customers and other bartenders.

He flicked through his phone for a while then went back to watching her, wondering whether she knew he was there. She kept getting dangerously close to him but never made eye contact and never passed where he was sat. It was frustrating to say the least.

"Stop staring at me." A voice snapped him out of his trance and there she was stood in front of him. He examined her to see if she was being serious but there was a hint on humour in her expression.

"Who says I was staring at you?" He flirted, noticing how she was leaning towards him. Rosalie let out a small laugh that he caught.

"My co workers who are now worried for my safety because some creep won't stop staring at me." Her words intended to knock him down but they just encouraged him. Anything she said to him was an encouragement since he knew she would just ignore him if she didn't want anything from him.

"Well tell them you know me." He looked to where her body was facing. The other bartenders all had one eye on her, Harry respected that they didn't want random men talking to their women bartenders.

"Why would I do that when I could watch you squirm." She chuckled. Harry cracked a smile that held her gaze for long enough.

"Busy after work?" He asked, watching her smile dim. Of course he had already known the answer since so far he could only figure out that she didn't go to the club on a Wednesday.

"Extremely." She answered, he let out a sigh and nodded. She was slightly surprised that he gave in so easily but shrugged it off, not wanting him to think she wanted him to beg for her company.

Rosalie left him alone for the rest of the night but he knew she was watching him out of the corner of her eye every time she served a customer and every time someone came up to him to ask for a photo. She noticed he left five minutes before she was due to leave, not even giving her a chance to walk past him on her way out.

Harry re entered however once he had seen her leave, then waited half an hour and made his way to the club he knew she would be in. It was the same bouncer as before which made him curse under his breath.

"Finally gonna go in?" He teased him. Harry gave him an awkward nod and slipped into the double doors.

The room was red, that's all he could think as he entered it. There were lights everywhere, all red. The carpet was red, the ceiling was red, the curtains were red, the chairs were red. There were girls everywhere, revealing more skin that he had expected. He didn't know what to do with himself at first so he made his way over to the bar and ordered a drink.

"If you need a cash machine there's one over there. Private rooms take card though." The bartender told him as he paid for his drink with his card.

"Thanks." He nodded, keeping his head low.

Many girls approached him, he tried not to face them in case they recognised him and told the other dancers. A swift no thank you got rid of most of them but some persisted.

Rosalie was about to go out on the pole when she heard a few girls whispering. They seemed to be making some sort of bet. It was against her rules but she had to know.
