Edd's POV

We walked all the way to an apartment complex. Tom had bought a few apartments and said we could stay there since our home is gone now. I miss Tord... Yes I am mad at him for doing that, but.. He's my friend and I care.

We never knew if he was alive or not... His body was never found... Nor was there any trace of where his body had gone... I let out a sad sigh without even realizing it. Causing the two others on the couch to look at me

"Edd? You alright?" Tom asked

"..No not really..." I said looking down

"What's wrong?" Matt asked

I sighed "..I miss him..." I said quietly

I heard Tom sigh causing me to look up and at him "Look Edd, I hate to admit it but..." Tom paused and sighed "I miss him too... Though he deserved it. He had it coming one way or another " Tom said placing his hand on my shoulder in a reassuring way. He gave me a small smile, I returned it "How 'bout you head off to bed?" Tom suggested

"Some rest should help!" Matt added smiling

I chuckled and stood up "Alright then, good night guys" I said before going to my room. I hopped in bed soon falling into a deep slumber

Tom's POV

"It's getting late, I think I'll be heading to bed too" I said standing up

Matt stood up as well "I better do the same, I need my beauty sleep" Matt said

I sighed along with a chuckle "Classic Matt" I muttered grinning "Night"

"Good night Tim!" Matt said causing me to roll my eyes

And with that, we had gone to our apartments going to bed

And that's how it all started...
