"Man she gon be happy to see a nigga."

"I could only imagine." T laughed.

We were boarding a plane to head back to Atlanta. I was to relieved ta have gotten this weekend off just to chill with my girl.

Being on the road, missing out on most of the pregnancy been bothering me especially after I made the mistake and hooked up with some random female.

"How y'all been though?"

"We getting there. I know she's trying hard ta trust me all while trying not to stress over me not being around."

"Yea, but I hope ya learned from ya mistake."

"Honestly man I did. I shouldn't have allowed myself ta get so wasted and I know that shit ain't happening again. I'm cool with all that drinking."

"Good because yo ass suppose ta know better anyway."

Me getting head from that girl wasn't intentional. Shawty used tha fact that a nigga was wasted ta do that and when I realized, I knew I had fucked up.

I had immediately confessed to Alei about it the day after when she came out ta visit me. What I didnt expect was her taking her bag and leaving right after.

The way she looked at me and shook her head was just heart breaking and I had a hard time getting back on her good side.

"Where you heading when you land?"

"Her place. Hopefully she is there." I laughed.

"What you mean?"

"Sometimes she goes to my place to sleep when she missing me."

"Word?"

"Yea. So I hope she ain't did that last night."

Smiling, I shook my head and relaxed as the plane took off. I had a lot ta do while in Atlanta, but at the same time all I wanted to do was just stay in.

We still kept things low key and no one knew she was pregnant still. Her pregnancy was a good one only thing was we still didn't know what we were having officially.

"T, wake me up when we land bro."

"I got you."

Putting on my beat, I closed my eyes and relaxed.

*******

Using my key, I took my time and opened the front door so I wouldn't make any noise. Closing it in behind me, I walked in and paused when I saw her.

Laughing, I approached her as she slept on a spread on the floor in the living room, with one leg up on the couch.

The TV was still going, letting me know she fell asleep out here. Leaning in, I kissed her gently, then her belly before pulling the extra blanket.

While I had placed the kiss on her belly, I was startled by a kick from the baby.

"I know ya lah ass ain't just kicked me." I whispered to her belly.

"Ya lucky you still in thea." I laughed.

Placing my bag in her room, I got into the shower and changed before coming on and fixing some breakfast.

"Damn." I laughed as I opened the fridge.

It was completely stocked up and so were the cupboards and pantry. I'm not going to lie, Alei did a lot of eating during this pregnancy but not all was junk.
