Under sat at the river and hummed Megalovania quietly, looking at the waterfall that seemed to come from nowhere.

She was in a timeline in Undertale, Genocide. The human had cleaned out Waterfall, though the sans could catch her.

That didn't matter.

The quite sound of a portal echoed across the rock walls, and Under looked back, seeing Cross standing there, smiling.

"Hey, Crossy."

"HEy Under! What-"

She shook her head.

"Quiet."

Cross sat next to her and looked at the flowing water.

"So uhm... what are you doing here?"

"Just to get things off my mind. Do you know anyone named Leo? Nighty keeps mentioning him. Did I kill him?"

Cross looked away.

"Please don't freak out."

"Okay."

"Leo was your boss. You were working with him to destroy the multiverse and get his sister back. Aura. You knew her. There was a war, and you weren't there. That's where the injuries came from."

UNder frowned, the artificial stars lighting up their terrain like they were listening to the conversation.

"And... You killed Leo. You drove your spear into his stomach. He found Aura... I don't know where that thing is now."

Under sighed heavily. 

"I knew it. That's why Nightmare hates me."

Cross snapped his head over to Under, eye sockets wide.

"What?! Why would you think that?!"

Under stayed silent.

"Under. Sis, tell me."

under turned away and got up, shaking her head.

Cross noticed something.

Something in her eye seemed to darken, lighten, and darken again.

"Stop! You-"

Cross jumped up and grabbed Under's shoulders, shaking her slightly.

"Under! What-"

the light extinguished.

"I killed Leo. I killed him. I also killed Aura, didn't I?"

Cross blinked and frowned further.

"I-I don't-"

"UNDER!"

They both looked to see Nightmare, storming up to them.

He used one of his tentacles to throw Cross to the side and started choking Under with another one.

"Silly Nightmare."

She teleported behind him and punched him in the skull.

Cross got up and summoned his knife, looking around.

They could destroy this timeline if they fought.

Under got up in Nightmare's face and smiled.

"I killed him, didn't I? Did he bleed? Or did he just fade to dust like the monster he is?"

Nightmare growled and pushed Under back with his tentacles.

"Do you want an example?"

She summoned her scythe and the staff part pushed itself into Cross' ribcage.

"Too high?"

She yanked it back, getting a scream of agony out of Cross as his legs gave out, but a purple glow made him stand up.

Under pointed to his stomach.

"Or down here?"

Nightmare growled and grabbed Under around the neck and threw her into a portal, also hastily grabbing Cross and throwing him in too.

He got in himself and closed it, pinning Under to the floor with his magic.

"Cross, get away."

The skeleton tried his best to crawl away from Under, holding his chest, which was seeping a purple liquid that stained the white parts of his uniform.

"Holy shit! C!" Ink ran into the room, closely followed by Error.

The dark skeleton (no racism okAY-) covered Under's eyes and whispered something in her ears.

Ink held up his hands to Cross' chest and a glow, no color to it, showed up, the blood slowly seeping back into his chest.

Error looked at Nightmare and glared.

This was the third time this week that he had done this to her. Was he controlling her?

Error looked back to cross.

It made sense.

Nightmare attacked Cross after he found out about the whole mind control thing. he did look scared after he came back from telling them something...

He needed to tell everyone this.
