I was around 8 years old, the first time someone called me a dork. Only knowing the negative connotations, it made me feel insecure. I wondered if I was really that bad or something. I tried to change who I was, because who likes a dork? But the popular kids would still laugh and poke fun. However, one day I learned something entirely new.
