The stone began crumbling as Lucifer spread his wings to their full extent. There was no denying it. He was absolutely massive compared to Damiar. He snarled at my father viciously, his own wings unfurled to their full length, but they didn't hold a candle to Lucifer's. Still yet, he lunged, sinking his fangs into the fallen angel's foreleg. He easily ripped away, his lion head retaliating by clamping its jaws down on Damiar's left wing and slinging him through the concrete wall.
The entire building began to collapse, and I ducked down behind the throne, sure that I would be crushed under the falling stone. But I instead found myself shielded by my father, his wings enveloping me in a protective manner. Once the dust cleared, I gaped up at Lucifer in pure awe. The sun beat down on a pure white, lion like body with three heads and six wings that shimmered like a galaxy.
His left forepaw hovered above me protectively as he glared at Damiar, his lion head growling, elk head snorting. "You're making a very bad mistake," he hissed out, tail lashing behind him. Flipping onto my stomach, I shifted just in time to see Damiar slink down onto all fours and snarl up at my father. "I came here so that witch of yours could give Venus her powers back!" He snapped, to which Lucifer responded with by rearing and kicking his back legs out like a stallion would.
He succeeded in landing a harsh blow to Damiar's snout, causing him to reel back with a shrill yelp. He wiped his paw over his eye, fresh blood staining his pitch black fur. His lip once more curled over golden teeth. "That is not why you came, Krogh," Lucifer spat, his claws easily digging into the ground as his wings bristled. "You came here to kill both me and my mate and consume our flesh so that you would gain our power."
My eyes widened considerably as those words left my father's lips. I didn't want to believe him, but the cruel laugh that erupted out of Damiar's throat told me everything that I needed to know. He sneered, shaking his head, fruitlessly trying to clear the blood from his eye. "All right," he sniggered. "So you aren't as stupid as I thought you were. But I'm still going to rip your throat out."
Lucifer growled lowly, his body lowering to the ground, his tail swaying gently to and fro. "I'd like to see you try." Damiar snarled savagely, springing onto Lucifer and sinking his claws into his wings to gain leverage. Before he could bury his fangs into his throat, Lucifer rolled onto his back, knocking the air from Damiar's lungs. As he struggled to catch his breath, my father pinned him under his forepaws and buried his claws into his side where he ripped a sizable amount of flesh from his ribs.
Damiar howled and thrashed under the fallen angel's weight, but he was unable to throw him off. In one swift movement, Lucifer ripped the smaller left wing completely from the hybrid's body.
A scream of utter agony tore from the smaller angel's throat as he began to wildly struggle under the larger angel. Lucifer obliged to move, but only after taking half of Damiar's smaller right wing with him. The hybrid squirmed for a moment before struggling to his feet, his blood matting his fur. His sides heaved as he panted, and his golden eyes locked onto me.
"Venus," he rasped, clearly in pain. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen.." Violent, sudden anger erupted in my veins, and I stepped towards him, ignoring Lucifer's tail wrapping securely around me to stop me from getting too close to him. "Didn't mean for this to happen?!" I screamed at him. "You killed my mom! You tried to kill my dad! You're a selfish monster!"
"A monster indeed." I stumbled back as another creature, similar to my father but just a tad bit smaller and more feminine, pounced onto Damiar, sending him crumpling to the ground. He didn't fight her as her own forepaw held his head down against the dirt. "You manipulated my daughter," she hissed into his ear. "You fully intended to kill both me and Lucifer. Venus is right. You're the monster here."
She raised her paw, her claws elongating, poised to slice open his throat. I hated him in that moment, but I didn't want him dead. Something hot and powerful erupted in my gut, and I flung myself at my mother. "Don't kill him!" I yelled at her, pinning her under me. Wait... I stared at her, and I suddenly noticed that I was seeing through six eyes. Six eyes...?
A long, snow white tail coiled around me as I released Lilith, and four pure white wings unfurled from my back. "Venus.." Again, I turned to Damiar's voice, and we locked eyes.
So then I... was an angel?

A/N: Sorry if this chapter sucks. I'm no good at fight scenes, but I promise I'll improve.
