“You did great,” mum smiled, getting up to hug me as I walked over to the table where everyone was sat once I’d got changed back into my jeans and hoodie.

“How did you guys know about tonight?” I asked Jaymi, JJ, George and Josh, still in shock at their surprise arrival.

“We saw your tweets about the gig so we texted your mum asking if we could surprise you,” Josh smiled, hugging me.

“You guys are seriously amazing,” I grinned, hugging them all.

“The Corinthia isn’t the same without you,” Jaymi said.

“Everyone’s depressed so much,” JJ added.

“You’re welcome to have Sammy back if you want,” mum joked. “The house was so tidy before she came home.”

“You love me being back at home though,” I grinned, sitting down in-between Josh and Jaymi.

“I do,” mum laughed.

Even though everybody was talking to me, I wasn’t paying any attention to what they were saying to me. I was too busy watching George with Jack from across the table to even register what they were saying, never mind to even reply to them. It really is true what people say – boys are a thousand times more attractive when they’re good with babies. As he cradled Jack in his arms, he sat talking to him. I couldn’t help but grin at him. “What?” he laughed as he noticed me staring at him.

“Nothing,” I mouthed, still grinning.

“We’re gonna go take granddad home now,” mum smiled to me.

“Want me to look after Jack?” I asked.

Mum looked at George and Jack. “He looks so relaxed with George I think that’d be okay,” she grinned.

“Getting practice in before you two have one?” Michael joked to me and George.

“Bye granddad,” I smiled awkwardly, avoiding any more awkward hints from Michael. “It was good to see you.”

“Well done for tonight, Sammy. We’re so proud of you,” he smiled, kissing me on the cheek. “I’ll see you very soon.”

As mum and Michael walked out behind granddad, we all shuffled seats around the table so we were all huddled together around it. “He’s blowing bubbles,” George laughed, watching Jack.

“He always does that,” I grinned.

“A bit special like his sister then?” Jaymi joked.

“Shut up. I won’t vote for you this weekend if you’re mean to me,” I winked, gently nudging Jaymi in the stomach which made him shout ‘ouch.

As we sat around the table, Rihanna and Drake’s What’s My Name came on. “Come on, up!” Chloe demanded as she stood up.

Climbing over Josh, I followed her onto the dance floor. As me and Chloe stood in the middle of the empty dance floor, JJ, Josh, Jaymi and George sat looking at us like we were insane. Holding hands, me and Chloe both attempted to do Drake’s rap and felt like modern day Jesus’ when we managed to do the whole thing without any mistakes. “Say my name, say my name, wear it out. It’s getting hot, crack a window, air it out,” we shouted, giggling at the same time. “I can get you through a mighty long day, soon as you go the text that I write is gonna say..”

“Oh na na, what’s my name?” Chloe grinned.

“Oh na na, what’s my name?” I continued, trying not to laugh so much.

“Oh na na, what’s my name? What’s my name? What’s my name?” we both sung as loud as we could.

“Not everybody knows how to work my body, knows how to make me want it, but boy you stay up on it,” I sang, swaying my hips to the music as me and Chloe danced along. “You got that something that keeps me so off-balance, baby you’re a challenge, let’s explore your talents.”
