"Come on, Wren, I know you can hit harder than that!" a tall lanky boy with black hair and an orange hoodie shouted to a short, black haired, green eyed girl, who could have been his sister sparring a training bot.
She growled diverting a bot's blade to the side with her own knife, the other hanging behind her in a lazy grip.

Another boy with a black mullet and red crop top jacket smirked at her, "You can fight better than that, Wren. What happened to not holding back?"
"Oh! Is that a challenge, Keith?" Wren asked tilting her head to the side
"If it means this becomes more than a game for you, yes!" he smirked.

Wren seethed her knives, charging at the bot. The android lunged forward swing its blade at her chest. The much smaller girl danced under its sword throwing her elbow into its chest, hooking her leg behind its knees, throwing the bot to the ground.

"Brake!" A teen, blond, boy shouted.
"And it's the love birds in the finals! Who will win?" The tall skinny black haired boy, laughed, a little orange slug on his shoulder chirping in agreement.
"Shut up, Eli!" Wren and the blond snapped.

"He's not wrong," a blonde with stormy grey eyes commented not looking up from her computer as a boy, almost identical to Eli, but with sea green eyes, watched over her shoulder with his arms wrapped around her waist.

"Didn't ask for your opinion Annabeth," Wren glared.
"Sorry but you two are being tweedle dee and tweedle dumbass, and we're tweedle done with this shit," Annabeth countered.

The blond groaned rolling his eyes, "Can't you all just stop?"
"Kiss and we'll think about it," the other boy offered with a shit eating grin.
"Fine!" Wren snapped, grabbing the blond's shirt and giving him a quick kiss on the lips, "Happy?"

"And Lloyd's dead!" Eli laughed, pointing at the blond's VERY red face.
"He looks ready for Christmas," Keith teased.
The others laughed, even Wren gave a weak chuckle.
"You all suck! You know I don't get your Earth BS" The blond snapped.
"I haven't been on Earth since I was an infant, and I know what Christmas is," Keith laughed.

"Cool it Lloyd, you'll see what it's like in a couple of months," Wren smiled.
"Speaking of which, are we making a special trip there for a tree?" Eli asked.
"I'd like to see you find a ceder tree in space," the black haired boy taunted.
"You never know what's out here, Percy," Eli shrugged.

"Galra transmission found mentioning a Voltron Lion," a robotic voice informed the group.
"Intercept," Wren ordered.
"-rowing in on the Red Lion's location. We will have it in approximately fifteen Varga," a voice said.
"Good, capture the lion and bring it back to Galra Central Command, Vrabit Sai."
"Vrabit Sai."
"Transmission terminated."

"Lyss calculate that ships final destination and get us there, now!" Wren ordered racing to the command deck of the ship, the others following her.
"Calculating coordinates..."

"Do you really think they found a Lion?" Eli asked.
"My database on Galra ships is saying that transmission was from a Battlecriuser, I think this is the real deal," Wren answered, "Everyone to your stations, prepare for wormhole."

The group buckled into their seats, five seats standing empty around the room.
"Alright Misfits, hold on to your butts," Wren smirked, as two stands rose on either side of her.

Wren's skin shifted in to deep black scales, long curling lines of mint green marks painted themselves on her face and down her arms. Only stopped by the prosthetic on her left arm starting at her elbow and her right prosthetic leg under her clothes.
