Wren

Wren hissed as one of Eli's slugs, Doc, hopped into her shoulder. He chirped in reassurance, a green energy flowing of the little one eyed creature. Wren felt in mixing with her own, speeding up her already enhanced healing process. Not that the micro bots that enabled her "healing factor" had done much.

Like magic, which it basically was, Doc's energy faded Wren's cuts, bruises and under her skin she could feel her femur mending itself together again. It was uncomfortable, but worth saving the two weeks she'd be out without Doc's help.

Wren let out a small breath of relief as Doc stopped glowing, the slug hopping back into Eli's hand.

"Better?" he asked.
"Much," she smiled, standing up swinging her only fully human leg around and then spining in a circle as proof.
The younger but taller, as Wren was often reminded, teen laughed at her

"Everyone is on the Control Deck waiting for you, Lloyd said he got some prisoners on board. Doc and I are going to go see what we can do," Eli smiled heading out towards the bay.
Doc chirping happily on his shoulder next to he's signature inferna slug, Burpy, yes it is a ridiculous name, who looked just as happy.

"Thanks, if one of them attacks you, slug em!" Wren called after him.
"Don't worry about me, prima. I'll be fine!" Eli called back.
"Last time you said that you ended up in the stomach of a Weblum," Wren arched her eyebrow.
"Yeah, well, there are no Weblums involved with healing prisoners," he shot back lamely.
"Hasta pronto," she waved walking towards the Comand Deck.
"¡Adios!" Eli nodded back.

Wren walked through the Shadow, setting up the mission report in her head so she could get that out of the way ASAP, and move on to more interesting activities.

Soon enough she reached the Command Deck, Lloyd piloting the ship in what was usually her spot. She had to remind herself that Keith was in Red to keep from asking where he was. Cut her some slack, this was the third mission they'd been on with the Lion Red since they found her a month ago.

"The kit report in yet?" she asked.
"Not yet," Lloyd answered, scanning the wreckage of the Galra cruiser.
"I'm trying to get a lock on his location, though you honestly wouldn't think a giant Red Lion would be hard to find," Annabeth comment.
"Why can't we find him?"
"Well he was near the center of the explosion, his suit is probably damaged, not to mention the Shadow took a heavy hit from the explosion. Getting hit by chunks of metal didn't do her any favors," Annabeth pointed out, "Tony and Peter are outside now working on repairs."

"Hi Wren!" Peter called from the comes.
"¿Como estas, Pete?" the alpha smiled.
"Beun, the ship could be better though," the teen answered.
"I agree with Bambi, our scanners got hit dead on, and with the damage to the engine we might be better off to leave a few pods out to look for Hello Kitty while the Shadow goes home and we can come back later," Tony piped in.

"I don't want to leave him out here if we don't have to. Lyss open the video feed of Roman VII for me," Wren ordered, a holo screen forming in front of her. A particularly ripped up chunk of the ships hull was displayed as Tony's hands moved peices of bent metal out of his line of sight.

"We're not going to be able fix them out here," Tony continued, "Three scanners are missing, and the rest are damaged beyond repair," he lifted a section of loose metal, "I'm not sure what hit us here but we're lucky it didn't penetrate the whole hull. It almost looks like they blasted us full on with their Ion Cannon on full power, our shields down of course."

Wren sighed, "Alright, get back in, we'll take her in for repairs." she ordered, this mission just went from 'That could have gone better,' to 'We just about 'Percy'ed this.'

"You got a plan?" Lloyd asked looking at her.
Wren sighed, "We should probably leave you or Eli with Tony or Peter. The Shadow took a good beating might as well be prepared for Red and Keith to have taken some damage," she answered.
"You want to stay too," he guessed.
"Yeah," Wren sighed, she never was one to leave a teammate behind, "You're thoughts?" she asked looking at the blonds.

"I think Eli and Peter should stay, Doc can heal a lot more than I can and Peter has spent so much time climbing around in Red he could probably build another Lion. He'd be able to pick out any issues with the Lion, not that I'm doubting Tony's ability," Lloyd said.

"Annabeth?"
"I agree with Lloyd, but, he should stay too," the Californian stated spinning around to face them, "If they do fine Red before another Misfits ship gets out here it would be best if we could get Red home as soon as possible,  the Galra are still looking for it. Doc's power can't recharge that Lion if it needs to, which it probably will seeing as they haven't come back yet."

"There isn't any reason for four Misfits to stay when we only have three pods to search with," a boy, who looked like a male Wren with darker skin and pale green eyes said, no one having noticed him leaning against the wall through the conversation.
"Carter's right," Wren agreed.
"You can stay if you want," Lloyd said, setting a hand on her shoulder.

"You trust Tony to keep track of Eli, Carter, and the freed prisoners?" Wren raised an eyebrow in disbelief.
"Fair enough," Lloyd shrugged.
"Do you want me to inform Peter and Eli?" Carter asked, pushing off the wall.
"Please," Wren nodded, the boy being consumed by shadows and vanishing a second later.

"I don't understand why you're the only one he listens to," Annabeth sighed.
"I don't know how you get him to listen to you at all, siblings normally fight over everything," Lloyd agreed.
"One word. Alpha," Wren smiled.

Annabeth muttered, "Of course," under her breath, Lloyd rolled his eyes beside her.

Wren's smile faded, looking out to space, hoping to catch a bit of red amongst the black and grey. The Alpha's hand went to a chain around her neck, pulling a locket out. She ran her thumb over the Dragon design on the front, her thumb shifting between scales and skin depending on what was touching the locket.

"Where are you Keith?"
