Soulmate AU
• you and your soulmate appear in each other's dreams when you're two
• you can speak with you're soulmate through telepathy
• you can hop into each other's dreams
• can make babies no matter what (Sorry, that means mpreg and such)
• soulmates can be no older than 9 months apart

The first time Tom had seen him was when he was two.  He saw the silver eyed norski in his dream.  When he told his mother about it she smiled and kissed his head and told him it was normal. 
Tom didn't think it was normal and would freak out whenever this guy tried to talk to him. 
And when he was 13.  It got worse.  He heard a voice in his head
"I know you're alive... maybe?  Anyway I would like an answer maybe even to meet you."
Tom sighed.  He finally answered the voice when he turned 16.
"What do you want and why are you so annoying?"
"Phw I thought I didn't have a soulmate for a while there.  I'm Tord.  I'm turning 16 in a few months and I live in Norway!!!  What about you!"
Tom smiled.  He didn't know why he ignored Tord for so long.
"I'm Tom.  Today's my 16th birthday actually.  And I live in England."
"Ahhh happy birthday soulmate!!  What does it feel like!"
"It feels the same."
"Anyway I can't believe you finally answered me!!  I'm so excited my dads said it was normal that you might be scared, but I was like who would be scared of their forever partner."
Tom could tell Tord was disappointed that it took so long for Tom to respond. 
"I'm sorry I didn't respond to you."
"Oh it's fine.  I should have waited until you contacted me.  I was just really excited to meet you."
Tom smiled. 
"Honey me and your father are waiting!" Tammy yelled.
"Sorry Tord I have to go but we can talk later."
"Bye Tom happy birthday!!!"
Tom smiled and walked to his mother.

Almost 4 months later

"Okay I'm not panicking.  My flight got delayed that's all." Tom said pacing in the airport terminal.
Chris sighed.
"Son one thing about Norway.  It snows.  A lot."
Tom rolled his eyes and watched the screen.  He wanted to be there to surprise Tord for his birthday, but their flight got delayed, but it wasn't like they booked the flight on the day of his birthday.  It was three days before so they could get settled, and so Tom could finish his surprise.
His phone started to ring and he answered it.
"Tom why aren't you at school?  Are you sick?" Edd asked.
"No I'm waiting to get on a plane to see my soulmate."
"Really Tom? What if they lied and they don't live where they said, or they could kidnap you and ransom you or something."
"Edd.  Tord is nice.  And let me say it again do you know your soulmate?" Tom asked.
"Shut up.  I saw them when I was two but they haven't responded to my messages."
Tom sighed.
"It's Matt isn't it?"
"No!!!  I don't know!! Go to Norway to make out with a hot Scandinavian or something!" Edd yelled and hung up.
Making out with a hot Scandinavia is not on my list at all thi-
"A hot Scandinavia where!!"
Tom laughed.  If Tord let him finish his surprise would have been ruined.
"Tord you're the hot Scandinavia."
"I know.  Anyway I can't wait.  I'm so excited!!"
"Why?"
"My parents said they may or may not have gotten two tickets to Disney in Florida."
"Only two?  I thought they'd wanna take you with them!"
Tom chuckled in the terminal causing people to turn their heads.
"There for me and you silly.  My parents said if I behaved and didn't you know.  They would let us go alone!"
Tom covered his gasp.  He looked at his father.
"There is no way my parents will let me do that!"
"If schools the problem it's over Christmas break.  And if ch-"
"I hate Christmas."
Tom heard Tord chuckle.
"Calm down Jehovahs Witness."
"Shut up."
Tom covered his face to hide the blush from his dad.
"Are you blushing?  That's so cute.  Anyway where are you?"
"Me?  Uh I'm at the DMV and stuff."
Tord let out a suspicious hm and then shrugged. 

After the flight

Their flight had finally got there and they had made it to Norway without further complications.  Tom's dad was with him because his mom had to work and couldn't get off.  Otherwise she would love to see her baby fine his soulmate, and Tom would have rather preferred her than his dad.  After renting a car and driving to a hotel Tom and his dad finally relaxed.  Tom thought it was a good idea to get it out now then later.
"Dad Tord told me that wanted me to go to Disney with him."
"I don't see the problem in that."
"Alone." Tom finished.
That got his attention.
"Tom."
Tom knew what came next.
"I don't feel comfortable knowing you'll be alone with a guy that could get you pregnant."
That was unexpected.
"Dad we'll talk later about it.  If his dads say he can go alone.  If not they'll probably come with us."
"I'll speak with his parents.  Maybe we can all go."
Tom has three siblings and doing something by himself for once was always ruined by them.
"I promise to talk to you every night and morning and anytime you feel like calling." Tom said.
"We'll talk later."

Three days later

"THOMAS!!"
"Happy birthday!!"
Tom was on his way to Tord's house with his gift.
"Yaaaay.  I'm so excited.  I can't wait till Christmas break!!"
"Did your parents say you could go?"
"Yes!  As long as I answer every time they call and no sexy time what so ever."
Tom shrieked and covered his face.
"No no.  Ah.  Well I told my dad and he said he would think about it but I think we all know what that means."
"You get to see me.  And besides, your dad would probably love me."
Tom sighed.
"I highly doubt that."
"Well I have to go see what my parents are up too.  Bye Thomas!"
Tom smiled as they parked across the street from Tord's house.  It was two story but not huge.  There were cars parked along the street and balloons out front.
Tom snuck out of the car and slowly crept up to the door and rung the doorbell. 
Tord's dad answered and Tom smiled.
"Hi I'm Tom!"
Paul smiled and waved Patryck over.
"Hun look."
Patryck smiled and brought him in silently.  His dad walked in after and they both were put upstairs.
"Tord will freak when he sees you.  You're so cute." Paul said.
Patryck punched Paul and Paul laughed rubbing his neck.
Paul and Patryck went back downstairs as Tom bounced in anticipation.  His parents always said he should be patient but he was meeting his soulmate.  Someone he'd only seen once when he was two.
Patryck came back up and pulled Tom down the stairs and to the kitchen.  Nobody was there, except Tord.  Tom guessed everyone was outside.
"Tord." Patryck said.
Tom bit his lip and he hid behind the wall.
"Dude my parents have a surprise.  I'm kinda nervous."
"Don't be.  I'm sure you'll love it."
"Wha-."
Tom smiled and stepped out.  Tord stood up and picked Tom up.
"Thomas!!"
Tord had memorized every detail of Tom from 14 years ago.  And the most defining feature was his eyes. 
"How did you get here!?  I thought your parents said you couldn't go anywhere alone and you're so beautiful."
Tord put Tom down and combed his fingers through Tom's hair.
"Well my dad is here.  And I didn't expect you to be this." Tom looked up at Tord and smiled.
"Tall?" Tord finished.
Tom nodded. 
"I also got you something but you'll have to wait till later." Tom said booping Tord's nose.
"You showing up was all I needed.  And sorry I couldn't come to yours.  You didn't really respond to me until that day."
"Well the idea of a soulmate really freaked me out.  You have to understand a strange voice in my head with a very thick accent is very strange."
Tord chuckled.
"I'm glad your here." Tord whispered.
Tom smiled and hugged Tord.
Tom's dad came into the kitchen and saw the two hugging. He cleared his throat and Tom let go of his soul mate.
"Tord this is my dad Chris."
Tord smiled at Chris.
Chris nodded at Tord and Tord did the same. 
"I don't want this moment to end ever." Tord said.
"Neither do I."
This was a start to a beautiful relationship.
