Mattia's hands grip my waist as he deepens this kiss, pushing me up against the railing of the stairs. I speak as he starts kissing my neck.

Mattia: Hmm?
You: What are we gonna do after graduation?
He stopped and looked me dead in the eyes.
Mattia: What do you mean?
You: I'm staying here for college.
Mattia: Then I am too, I'm not gonna leave you here alone.
You: But what if that's not possible and you get a scholarship?
He grabbed my hands and grazes his thumbs across my knuckles.
Mattia: It would be worth turning down a scholarship to be here with you.
I smile at him although I thought he was just being stubborn.
You: Babe, I love you, but if you get a scholarship you should take it.
Mattia: Why?
You: That could kickstart a career for you, that's more important that me.
He pulled me into a tight hug.
Mattia: Baby, nothing will ever be more important than you.
I smiled again and stared into his eyes, he pulled me into another kiss before walking me back to class.

Time skip to end of the day

Mattia, Kai and I are meeting the others at Alejandro's house.
Kai: So you're not moving for college?
You: That's why I moved here, I'm going to college here.
Mattia: And I'm staying here too.
Kai: No way, ASU's offering you a scholarship.
Mattia: So is NYU.
You: NYU?
He nods.
You: That's not too far.
Mattia: You and I could get an apartment together and just go to different school.
Kai: Ok but I want in now.
I giggled.
You: Kai could be our roommate!
Mattia: I hate you Kai.
He rolled his eyes as I rubbed his arm gently.
You: It'll be cheaper rent if we split it 3 ways.
He smirked.
Mattia: Kairi you beautiful human being, please move in with us.
He laughed.
Kai: I'll have to look at my schedule.
You: Good thing we still have 4 months till graduation.

We pulled up to Alex's house and got out of the car. We walked in and went to his room where everyone was, Katie pulled me onto the bed with her and she and I started looking through TikTok. We saw one from TikTok room saying that Michelle Wozniak and Cynthia Parker we're trying to start beef with the group, Katie and I look at each other.
You: Who's Cynthia Parker?
All the boys looked up and then at Mattia, he rolled his eyes.
Mattia: Shes this girl I used to mess around with.
Katie: Her and Michelle are trying to start shit with us.
Kai: Don't forget Emily too, those hoes can't move on.
You: Emily? Who even is that?
Rob: They're a group of girls that are only because friends because they were dropped by Mattia, Alex and Kai.
Katie and I roll our eyes as the exact same time.
Katie: If they come near any of us, I'm popping off.
You: I second that.
Roshaun: I'd honestly love to see Cynthia get her ass beat.

Alvaro burst through the door with the happiest expression.
Alvaro: Guys, Cynthia's in town and she wants to have dinner! Let's go!
We all glared at him as he looked at us confused.
Alvaro: What?
Mattia: You really need to pay attention more, did you already tell her yes?
He nods and we all groan before walking out to the cars, we drove to a small burger joint and met the three girls. Katie links her arm with mine as we walk in, making sure her hand is in Alex's as mines in Mattia's. The girls stare at me and Katie as the boys say hello.

Cynthia: Who are your—
She looked my up and down.
Cynthia: Friends?
You: Girlfriend.
I could tell that she didn't like that I corrected her because she shot me a death stare. Mattia, Alex, Katie, Kai and I squeezed into one side of the booth while Alvaro, roshaun and rob sit on the other side next to the girls.
Michelle: So, Y/n, you're like really pretty.
You: Thanks?
Emily: You sound confused, can't you take a compliment?

This bitch really just— ok, you want a bitch? You'll get a bitch.

You: I don't know who you are and you're suddenly just trying shit with my friend group, so yes, I am confused why you'd compliment me.
She scoffed and whispered something to Cynthia.

Mattia's POV

I felt Cynthia's nasty foot rubbing against my calf, I moved my leg before she tried anything. She winked at me but I pulled Y/n closer to me and shot her a death stare. She glared at her before pulling her phone out angrily.
Y/n: I'm gonna kill Alvaro.
You: Same, this is so awkward.

The dinner went by so slow, it felt like it would never end. But when it finally ended, we all rushed out of the restaurant. I was trying to at least but was stopped when Cynthia pulled me into a kiss, I pushed her off and watched Y/n glare at her through the window.

Your POV

You: GET HER OUT HERE NOW!
I was pacing around the parking lot as I tied my hair back, Katie was trying to calm me down.
Katie: Y/n! Calm down! Relax!
We then glanced over and saw Michelle flirting with Alex, Katie looked at me and put her hair up as well.
Katie: Yeah ok, you can beat her ass now.
She walked over to Michelle and Alex but I wasn't paying attention to what happened, I was too focused on Cynthia.

She walked out with Mattia and I immediately trying walking up to her, but Kairi holds me back.
Kai: It's not worth it!
You: It is when she kissed my fucking boyfriend!
I get out of his grip and start walking up to her again, but I'm pulled away once again before I can do anything.
Mattia: Babe, babe, calm down.
You: Let me go.
Mattia: Not till you calm down.
You: I just wanna talk.
Mattia: With your hair up?
I nod.
You: My hands have a lot of things to say to her.
I start wrestling my way out of his grip as Cynthia rolls her eyes at me, I'm so heated that I felt like if he didn't let me go, I'd hurt him.
You: Seriously, let me go.

He does as I say and I approached Cynthia, she rolled her eyes as I got closer.
You: Don't touch my boyfriend again.
Cynthia: Or what?
You: You really don't wanna find out.
Cynthia: What if I do?
She smirked.
You: Trust me, you don't.
Katie walked over and stood at my side as Emily and Michelle stood at Cynthia's.
Cynthia: 3 against 2 babe, not a fair fight. We'll destroy you.
I take a deep breath and feel Katie's hand on my shoulder.
Katie: Be the bigger person.
I nod and she and I turned and walked back to the cars.

I sat in the back because I was still so mad and Kairi sat with me, he hugged me and I felt like crying.
Kai: Are you ok?
I shook my head.
You: Mattia let it happen...
He sighed.
Kai: She did it unexpectedly, he pushed her off immediately because he only wants you. He loves you.
You: But he still let it—
We hear yelling coming from outside the car and looked over to see Mattia getting in Cynthia's face.
