Ethan seeing you with makeup for the first time

Does someone know if Ethan is alive?

*No one's P.O.V*

You were in your bed, basically doing nothing, when your mom came into your room.

-Y/N look what I got for you- she said, she looked very happy and exited.

She pulled out a makeup bag out of a Sephora shopping bag.

-is this what I think it is?- I said.

- Yep! I realized that you are finally old enough to use makeup, so I decided to buy you your first makeup bag- Your mother answered hoping you would like it.

-thank you so much mom!- you said while hugging her.

Honestly you were feeling a bit disappointed. You didn't really like the idea of makeup, but your mom seemed to be really exited so you thought you could give it a try.

When your mother left your room you decided to watch some makeup video tutorials because you didn't want to look like a clown.

After an hour or so you finally finished. It didn't looked as good as James Charles makeup did, but at least you didn't look like a clown.

After staring at your face for some seconds to decide if it really looked good you heard your phone ringing letting you know someone was calling you.

It was Ethan, your best friend.
You have known him since you two were in middle school.
You were basically siblings.

It was normal for you two to talk a lot and be together, that's why you answered the phone right away:

- yeah?

-when are you coming over? Did you forgot today was our movie day?- Ethan asked over the phone.

-what? No,of course not. I'll be there in five minutes- you lied.
You definitely forgot about it, you don't even know how is it posible because every Saturday you two watch movies with snacks in Ethan's house.

Thankfully you lived near him so you could get there walking. And that's what you did.
Little did you know that you forgot about something.

When you got there you knocked on his door and just like you expected, Ethan opened it.

-hey~what the...?- Ethan said looking shocked.

-Ethan!!!- his mother shouted at him for almost saying a curse word.

-sorry mom- he replied back in a shout so his mother could hear him.

When he finally let you in his house you still didn't understand what was happening.

- I mean it doesn't look bad, but.. I don't know... I'm just shocked because I have never seen you like this- Ethan said while taking a seat on his couch and looking at you.

I stood still checking my clothes trying to find what's wrong. When you gave up, that was a few second after, you said:

-what do you mean?

-Your face. Are you.... wearing makeup?- he said getting shy and looking at the floor.

That's when you remembered you didn't took your makeup off before coming to Ethan's house.

-yeah i... i am- you said while blushing- do you have any makeup wipes?

-No- Ethan said, that by the way made you confused- I mean, my mother has some, but just because I said it you don't need to take it off.

- it's not because of you E, I feel uncomfortable like this.

He didn't reply back, he went straight to get the makeup wipes.
That's when you realized you had the best bestfriend of the world.

After taking your makeup off you two finally sat on the couch.
There was an awkward silence until Ethan said:

-do you not like the way you look? Because I think you are beautiful and you don't need to change for no one. You know I'll always be here for you right?

You just laughed at his reaction.

-Don't worry, I know I'm pretty- when you said that Ethan laughed- I just wanted to make my mother happy, but I don't know how to do it right.

-maybe i can help you- Ethan answered.

-what do you mean?- you said while laughing.

-I also might not know anything but I can watch the tutorials with you and help you somehow.

-Ethan you are the sweetest friend ever. I would really like that but let's watch a movie first.

-alright, let me go for the popcorn- Ethan said and messed up your hair in a joking way before leaving.

You just stayed there waiting for him to come back so you can get revenge.

I think I'm going to make shorter stories from now on so it doesn't become stressing.
