(Y/N)'s POV

Walking into the Russo's apartment, I walked out onto the terrace and saw Alex with her parents. Alex was waving around some stick and saying words as I walked over to Mr. and Mrs. Russo asking, "Hey has anyone seen Max?" But before I could finish I was blinded by a flash of light.

Blinking I noticed I was a lot smaller but looking up I saw that Alex was a giant. Looking into a nearby pot with a reflection I saw I was guinea pig!

I screamed but it came out as loud squeaking. Soon Alex was picking me up and putting me in a basket with two other guinea pigs who I guess were her parents. She ran us inside where Max asked if he could race us. I started squeaking loudly to grab his attention but Alex only tried to quiet me down. She told the boys that their parents were at an emergency sandwich shop convention.

"Well, have you seen (Y/N) around? I wanna show her my new exercise ball!" Max exclaimed.

As I tried to talk, Alex replied, "Her mom called, she's sick with the flu. Pretty contagious so I wouldn't try finding her anytime soon."

She then covered us up with a towel and took us somewhere unknown. I kept trying to scream or talk, anything! But all it did was come out in squeaks so I gave up. This was starting to freak me out! Magic was real! Does that mean Max is a wizard plus Alex and Justin? Oh man, how could he not tell me this?

Exhausted and stressed, I decided to take a nap. Maybe Alex would find a way to undo this mess and Max could explain why he never told me he was a wizard!

I woke up sometimes later from being jostled by Justin, who had picked up the basket and moved all three of us into a hamster ball. I was concerned and frightened until I saw Max in the exercise ball he was talking about earlier. Even as a guinea pig, I felt safe around Max and made the assumption that this was one of Justin's experiments.

Soon all three of us started rolling towards the cheese being held out before hitting the wall really hard. All three of us scurried away before any of Justin's friends could catch us. I ended up following what I think was Mrs. Russo. We ended up under someones bed and by the spilled orange soda and lost socks, I suspected it was Max's bedroom.

Mr. Russo ended up with us as we hunkered down. They both were chittering towards me so I made a guess they were trying to comfort me. I chittered back in thanks. Soon enough, Alex and Justin were looking under the bed at us debating on turning us back or not. All three of us scurried to Max's closet when suddenly I was blinded again by a flash of light.

I saw I had my hands and clothes back and walked out of the closet with Mr. and Mrs. Russo. Mr. Russo exclaimed, "Alex Russo, you are in so much trouble!

"Look, I can explain but first you guys need to know that Professor crumbs is coming to discuss my horrible report card with you," Alex replied.

Then a guy with a long white beard appeared who saw me and asked, "Why is a mortal in here?"

The Russos turned to me and I panicked asking, 'Why am I here? What have you been hiding from me Max! I thought you were my friend!"

The last thing I saw was the bearded guy pointing at me and saying "Cerebellum Erasus" before I blacked out.

I woke up groaning and a wet towel on my head. Looking around, I saw I was on the Russo's living room couch. Sitting up, I saw the Russo family all helping out with dinner.

"Hey Sleeping Beauty, glad you're awake," Mrs. Russo said, walking over to me.

"What happened?" I asked, letting Mrs. Russo take the towel.

"I may or may not have accidentally hit you hard in my exercise ball, sorry," Max replied, coming downstairs.

I chuckled, "Wouldn't put it past you, man."

"Do you remember anything from before?" Mr. Russo asked.

I shook my head, "No, but maybe it's good I don't remember Max basically knocking me out."

Max laughed, "Well as an apology, want to join us for dinner?"

I smiled, "Sure, as long as you don't knock me out again with a spoon this time." I didn't notice the way the whole family breathed a sigh of relief that I didn't remember being a guinea pig.
