(Your Outfit)
(Y/N)'s POV
A loud knocking at my door sounded as I groaned and got up from where I was on my couch. I checked the time and groaned realizing I stayed up all night just to finish one stupid essay for school. I was exhausted and cranky. The knocking kept going as I shouted, "Coming, I'm coming!"
Opening it I was met with Max at the door, "Hi!"
"Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked, rubbing my eyes "It's pretty early for you."
Max shrugged, "I wanted to see you."
I smiled sarcastically, "Well, you caught me at the best time as I just realized I put all my effort into this stupid paper and didn't sleep so now I'm just tired and cranky!"
"Whoa, whoa slow down sweetheart," Max said, coming in and closing the door for me.
I turned away and put my head in my hands and cried, "I mean I shouldn't be stressing so much because I know it's a good paper but I just-"
Max sat next to me and held me as I cried, shushing me. As I finally let my tears of exhaustion out I sniffed his shirt and chuckled, "You smell like pumpkin guts."
Max laughed, "Yeah, I grew a giant pumpkin and lived in it. You should've seen it."
"I wish I could've. I'm sorry I got mad at you Max, I shouldn't have directed it to you-" I started before Max cut me off.
"It's okay, you are exhausted and tired. Plus you did just pull an all-nighter which we haven't done since we were like eleven!" Max exclaimed.
I snorted, "Yeah, I remembered we had to stop after we both slept through like a whole day."
Max chuckled as he remembered how mad both our moms got at us. He rubbed my shoulder as I leaned me head on him, "How about we just do nothing today? Let's just take a nap."
I sighed, "What did I do to deserve a boyfriend like you?"
"Uh, I don't know, what did I do to deserve a girlfriend like you?" Max asked.
I smiled as Max leaned us both back into the couch so that we were lying down. He scooted over a bit to make room as I slumped into his chest and he leaned onto the pillow. "Wake me up once it's dinner time," I mumbled.
"Will do, sweet dreams," Max muttered as he kissed my forehead and leaned back to sleep as well.
