After Som leaves with an encouraging smile and a thumbs up directed towards his daughter, Meara once more goes around the banyan tree. Something catches her eye, and she crouches down next to a branch.

"I am sure that, I saw that nasty boy had cut WuJi here." The little girl says, tracing the branch WuJi's magical water had healed just a couple of hours ago.

A bright smile appears on Meara's face, "WuJi, when I first saw you yesterday, I knew you were special." She says excitedly and adds, "WuJi, will it be alright with you if I climbed on you? I promise I won't hurt you."

She waits there looking up at the tree as if she is expecting the tree to answer her. A few seconds later, she smiles sweetly and nods at the tree. "Thank you, WuJi." She says, removing her slippers.

She puts her slippers next to the once wounded but now healed branch, and caresses the bark of the magnificent ancient tree. Then she confidently holds on to the nearest hanging branch and starts climbing the tree like a confident little monkey.

Som returns to their room and sits in front of the window which offers a clear view of the tree. Watching his daughter climb trees is one of his favourite things to do. It brings him joy and relaxes him. A few minutes later when Meara is halfway up, Mayura joins her husband with two cups of tea and offers one to her husband.

"Why did she pull you out there earlier?" Mayura asks, passing a tray filled with an assortment of biscuits towards Som.

"Mayura, do you agree with what her principle said?" Som asks, with a solemn expression.

Mayura shakes her head vigorously, "Of course not, Som. Meara is a normal child. There is nothing wrong with her." She pauses before pressing on, "What made you ask this question?"

Som shakes his head, "It's nothing. You are right. Meara is perfect." Som says, looking at Meara who has successfully climbed the tree and has confidently perched herself on one of the branches.

"Appa, Amma." Meara's voice floats over to them. Som and Mayura smile and wave at Meara who is excitedly waving at them.

After WuJi has finished tidying his tiny home, the magical window turns towards the room where the baby dragon had seen the little girl disappear last evening.

If you ask WuJi, whether he was looking forward to seeing the human child again, he would probably shake his head and scoff at you.
'Me, looking forward to meeting a human child... Ha!' He would probably say, fringing indifference.

But the truth is that WuJi is really looking forward to seeing Meara, he is really curious to know if she is the child, his mother had told him about.
Why else, would he otherwise have moved the magical window to face Meara's room?

As the day progresses, WuJi watches Meara excitedly make her way to the tree. He watches as she bends down and points out his name to a man, who nods and walks away.

'Can this man read my name too?' WuJi wonders, watching Meara go around his home.

The magical window follows Meara's every move.
WuJi's eyes widen when he sees that Meara remembers the place where the naughty boy had cut his home.
WuJi can't help but smile lovingly when the little girl calls his home special. The very next moment though, WuJi's eyes widen so much that his eyebrows disappear into where his hairline would have been, had he been a human boy!
