WuJi is the sort of baby dragon, who takes life in an easy relaxed sort of way.

Why? Simple. Because he has all the time in the world. In fact, before today, he has not even bothered to look at his watch.

What do you mean by, how can a dragon have a watch!?

WuJi has been living in the human realm for countless years now, and every second day, he has been venturing out to catch fish. Then isn't it possible that on one such outing, he could have come across an abandoned watch!?

What do you mean by, no one leaves a watch just lying around!?

Do you know how careless and forgetful, adults can be?

I know an adult who keeps forgetting his keys, his spectacles, his phone, and countless other things on a daily basis.

So anyway, as I was saying, it's the first time, that WuJi has kept looking at the watch excitedly, every few minutes.

Is it time? ...Nope.

Is it time? ....Awwww.....Nope.

Is it time? .....Come on... Nope.

He has also been going to the window every so often, to look at the sun make it's way from east to west, just to make sure that the human-made machine is not deceiving him.

'Why is it taking so long for the sun to set today?' The baby dragon wonders, staring at the late afternoon sun. That is when he hears familiar footsteps.

"Meara?" He realizes and wonders what the human child is doing outside at this odd time.

The window moves towards the restaurant, and WuJi peeps outside.

He watches Meara run to the restaurant, followed by her parents.

'She looks tired.' WuJi observes.

He continues to watch as the family have their lunch.

He looks at the time.

4.30 pm.

"That's not the right time to have lunch!" WuJi says out loud, looking disapprovingly at Meara's parents.

You see, the baby dragon knows that the proper time to have lunch is between 12 to 2 pm.

How? Simple. Because the baby dragon has noticed human behaviour over the years. Also, it is usually at this time, that everyone leaves Darakt alone, and goes to the restaurant to enjoy their delicious meal with their family and friends.

The thought of family and friends makes WuJi a little sad, but when he looks at Meara gobbling down her food, smiling heartily, it makes WuJi smile.

'Soon. Soon I too will have a friend.' The baby dragon tells himself and closes the window.

Soon after, Meara falls asleep. But WuJi, who has already closed the window, fails to see it.

He also fails to hear Meara's parents decision of staying in the room for the rest of the day.
