New Winds (Book One-Saiya)

Chapter 12

Saiya p.O.v

I felt super sore. Kankuro was carrying me and we were close to Suna, maybe an hour or so? we were running through the sand, trying to get there as fast as we could. Lily and Temari how ever were father back, and for a good reason.

Last night we were attacked.

I was sleeping soundly when I heard something snap. This woke me up and had me on attention. I knew I wasn't the only one who heard. Kankuro, Temari and Lily were on their feet, looking through the darkness. I layed still and silent. They came out slowly and my eyes widened. It was the guy from before. Itachi....

Narator p.O.v

He stood there looking at Saiya. He could see she was pregnant, it would be the best time to take her. He didn't know why he nedded her. But he was going to find out. He watched her slowly ease(sp?) her way of the ground and into a standing position. The three team members instantly surounded her.

Lily stared at the figure, she needed to get Lily out and fast. "Kankuro," she said quietly, "Get Saiya out of here."

With out Arguing Kankuro took off, as Lily stayed behind to fight. Itachi stood his ground, and looked at the two female Suna women. They were strong, but Itachi did not come alone. Kisame came out of the darkness and smiled, his sharp teeth shining in the moonlight. The blonde didn't flinch, but the dark haired one gave a look of discust. this would prove to be an intresting match.

Saiya's p.O.v

They'd eventualy caught up and now we were almost to Suna. They wouldn't follow that far but we took no chances. I saw the village gate get closer and closer hope filling in my chest. We'd make it, just a few more feet. But then I felt myself falling. Kankuro hit the ground but covering me to keep me from getting hurt. 

It happened to fast... Kankuro was whipped off me and temari along with Lily were pushed back. arms wrapped around me and held onto me. I felt myself falling asleep and I couldn't keep my eyes open. All I could hear was the sound of Lily screaming my name, and the sound of the wind pulling me away.

I woke up, sitting at attention quickly. my heart was beating fast and my chest felt heavy. I looke at my breasts to see them swollen and sore. I must have been in to much movment. I looked around and saw I was in a small room. The bed I was on was comfertable and nice but the fear trapped in my body was real. 

I stood on the floor feeling the chill travel through my feet. It was then I realized someone had removed my shoes and cloths. I was wearing a white gown that sort of resembled a sun dress. I pressed my hand on my stomach, and after a few aqonizing minutes I felt my baby stir. I sighed in releif. although I was still trapped at least my baby was safe. 

Hearing footsteps aproching I pressed myself against the wall. I needed something to hold myself up as I faced what was coming. The door was slammed open and I flinched. People walked into the room one by one, and I became more and more frightened. The last one to enter the room was a man with a bunch of peircings on his face. He took one look at me and glared. His eyes landed on the mark above my heart. I'd forgotten about that, He looked at it for a long time before he spoke.

"You are officialy an Akatsuki prisner, get used to your new home." With that he left.

Everyone slowly left the room one by one staring at me in a mixture of confusion and distaste. Only the woman stayed behind. I looked up at her, my heart beating fast.
