Brooklyn POV
The first place I had in mind in order to find my friends were our classes. Despite being in different classes I still knew what classes they had every period...
I chose to check Athena's physic class which was in a different building however it took longer than it needed to due unfortunately being popular...
I don't think I need to describe my frustration even further.

As soon as I had arrived many people had noticed my appearance and greeted me. In the midst of me looking desperately for Athena, I had waved back and smiled at every person who had acknowledged my presence. Then walked out the class with disappointment.

I had then decided to go look for Layla as I expected her to be easier to find. I can't count how many times I've bumped into her.

The first place I had looked was a cafe outside our school. We were able to leave school to get food during break snd lunch since we were seniors. Layla really liked going to cafes. Lucky enough there was a cafe near our school and it also happened to be one of our hangouts.
I had stepped into the cafe called Yume which was really famous and unexpectedly there were not many people although it was still early in the morning.

There were only a few people so it was easy to realise that she was no where to be seen...

"Where could they have possibly gone?!" I thought

Honestly, I was slowly becoming frustrated...I really don't want to end up alone or have to hangout with other people besides my friends. I was always with them after all, it felt weird to be separated.

I went back to school slowly about to give up until I had noticed Phelium in the basketball court. I stopped in my tracks to watch him until I had noticed a familiar figure playing with him.

I had swore it was nothing until my feet had curiously walked closer to the court until I had realised...

The figure had stopped to pant after playing and happened to turn her head towards me causing us to make eye contact.

"..."

"..."

The girl slowly walked towards me with sweat covering her face but with an expression that couldn't be read. I stood still with widened eyes although I was also relieved that I found one of my friends but had chose to show how annoyed I was.

"Seriously Athena."

"What?"

"I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND YOU THIS WHOLE TIME!"

"Oh...ha ha I didn't know that...I mean I don't think you should be this mad. " She looked awkward towards me

"The one place I didn't expect you to be was exactly where you were"

"Hey! I like basketball okay you should know that. And anyway Phelium asked if I wanna play so I agreed" She rolled her eyes clearly not understanding why I was annoyed.

My eyes found its way past Athena to the boy behind who was busy playing basketball by himself and was the exact person Athena had talked about. He must be early for practice I guess...
