Recap: "Well Daniel, your cousin is more annoying than you!"

"I don't know if I should take that offensively or not...But I'm not going to!" Emery smiled as she slid in next to Zach, nudging him with her elbow, then saying "lighten up!" "Stop annoying me! Its worse that your in every of my class!" Zach grumbled as he started eating the sandwhich that Alexa had made in the morning and packed for everybody, knowing that none of them ate the shitty canteen food either way.
"Could you stop being such a downpour of rain? I mean, who broke you this bad?" Retorted Emery, truly having her feelings hurt. But after that one comment, Zach shut his mouth, not a single thing coming past his lips as he nibbled on the ham & cheese sandwhich.
"Could you.....introduce yourself?" Christina asked, a look of 'what is going on' on her face. "I'm Emery. Emery May Abott. I'm 18. Obviously graduating this year. I had to move conzidering that my mom died this year." Emery said, her voice waning when she said her mom died.
"Oh...Why did you call her woodie though?" Jonah asked Daniel, who replied with, "We used to be close when we were young. One day, we were playing and she ran into this tiny block of wood and tripped over it. And she also used to be obsessed with that character in Toy Story, the cowboy whos name was also woodie. So we started calling her woodie." Daniel shrugged.
"We?" Tate asked, then stopped realising that it was a touchy subject. "We as in me, Daniel and my ex-best friend, Summer. Summer Ashton." Emery said quietly. "Ex-Best friend? More like sister. Don't believe that you broke friendship with her. Impossible!" Daniel exclaimed looking at her, before picking up his bag and stroming off. Everyone looked at him, before the silence was broken by Alexa.
"I'll go check on him" she said as she got up, shouldering her bag as she followed Daniel. Alexa finally saw him walking along the empty hallway that contained the classroom for their next class, English. Why they had to learn the subject that they spoke everyday was beyond her but oh well! Alexa walked up to him, then dragged him inside the janitors closet.
"You can't just walk away like that! Tell me what's going on, will you??" Alexa asked him.
