7.Making up

Recap: "I can explain" started Alexa.

"Explain what?!?" Sneered Christina. "Why you were hugging him? Why he called you cute? Why he kissed you forehead?" She asked, this time her voice cracking. "I told you i liked him. I trusted you. And then what did you do?? Backstab me right. I trusted you the most outta everyone else. I told you EVERYTHING." Sobbed Christina.

"Tina. No just-" said Alexa but got cut off by Christina saying "NO! Don't call me that. Only my best friends get to call me that. You lost that position when you back stabbed me" she said sobbing and turned around, running upstairs, being followed by the other girls except Gabbie.

"You coming?" Asked tate. "No i wanna have a word with Alexa" she said making Tate nod and run upstairs. Gabbie turned around to look at the brunette in front of her, now sobbing. 

"I'm sorry. I-I didn't mean to. I'm so sorry. I didn't know she would take it that way." Said Corbyn, his voice cracking from guilt. "I-its fine" stammered Alexa, tears flowing down her face, slowly making her eyes swell up and become red.

"Gabs. You've gotta understand. We don't have feelings for each other. We're just friends" she croaked out looking at Gabbie straight in her eyes. "Friends my ass. So its fine if he hugs you but i cant even talk to you??" Asked Daniel, his voice full of hurt. "And you! Encouraging me to talk to her but you end up hugging her. And on TOP of all of this, you kissed her AND called her cute!" Exclaimed Daniel, his voice turning from hurt to complete anger.

"Dani. No just please give me a chance to explain. I don't like her. As in I don't like her in that way. We were talking and she asked me to tell someone something. Well she was about to but she cut herself off and said never mind. So I told her she could tell me anything and i was like I'll comfort you and i gave her a hug." said Corbyn, his voice guilt-filled.

"But Alexa hasn't hugged anyone in ages. Well boys at that." Said Gabbie frowning. "Well she was reluctant at first, but i sorta forced her. And then when she pulled away she said she wont hug anyone anymore so i hugged her again as a joke and she like rolled her eyes again. So i called her annoying" sniffled Corbyn.

"So then randomly he was like you know what? We're gonna be besties and then he kissed my forehead in a brotherly manner." Said Alexa, continuing the story.

"So he also called you cute in a brotherly manner??" Asked Jack. Alexa nodded, now gasping for air. "What's happening?" Yelled Zach. "She's having a panic Attack" said Gabbie gently crouching down to her level. "Here, i can help." Said Jonah, crouching down beside Alexa.

"Hey! Lexa. Focus on my voice." He said as he gently pulled her palm and rested it on his chest. "Do you  hear my heartbeat?" He questioned Jonah making Alexa nod. "Now focus on that. Come on. Breathe in with me. Let's count. 1..2...3...4....5....6....7..8...9..10" he said and her breathing went back to normal, her eyes still shedding tears but she seemed better. 

"Thanks Jo. I can call you that right?" She asked "ya sure." He smiled at her.

"But back to the problem. Gabs, you know I wouldn't do anything like that.  Especially not to Christina. All of you practically mean the world to me. I would do anything." Alexa said, her eyes pleading along with the rest of her body.

"I believe you Lexa. I know you wouldn't do anything. Christina just over-reacted. It's fine." Said Gabbie, smiling and hugging her friend.

"Oh so now I'm the one who over-reacted?" Came a voice from behind them. "No just listen. Trust me, she's not lying" said Gabbie. "Why should i? Tate and Kay convinced me to come down and hear Alexa out but i come down to hear you two bitching about me. Awesome right?" Christina said. "Please tina" pleaded Alexa. Ignoring the fact that Alexa had called her 'tina' again Christina said "fine. 5 mins and nothing more"
