30. "HOLD UP!"

Recap: ....Mr.Knight standing there

(We suspending Alexa's session for a few. Instead, we focusing on Daniel and the rest since Alexa left to get her books)

"I'm worried. She said she's going to get her books and yet, the class started" Daniel said to Corbyn who was sitting beside him. Corbyn just rolled his eyes. "Shut up will you?? I need to pass my finals and for that, I need to listen. Also, Lexa's gonna be fine. She's strong" Corbyn answered him as his hands moved across the page, spilling ink in the form of words that matched what Mr.Knight was dictating.

Daniel rolled his eyes and looked to the front to catch Mr.Knight glaring daggers at him. Daniel frowned, confused as he waited for Alexa to come back. The moment the bell rang, he rushed out of the classroom, weaving through bodies, finally reaching Alexa's locker for it to look perfectly fine.

At that precise moment, he knew something was very wrong. He went searching for Blake and Summer, only to find that they had dissapeared and Daniel, with the slightest of hopes, ran into the canteen to see if Alexa was there. And just to his dismay, she wasn't.

"Hey Dani! What's up" Gabbie asked him and he shook his head, tears threatning to spill out of his ocean blue eyes. "S-She's gone" Daniel said, trying to control the tears flowing and Christina frowned as she got up and hugged Daniel. "Whos gon bub?" She asked and Daniel began sobbing into her shoulder, the entire cafeteria quietning as Daniel said "A-Alexa...I can't find her" he sobbed and Christina gently shushed him, whispering a few "its's fine"s and "calm down"s.

"I CAN'T CALM DOWN! THE LOVE OF MY LIFE IS MISSING AND YOU-" Daniel screamed, cutting himself off when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around to see the one person he didn't wanna see. "Dani...Why don't you come with me?? I can help you relax" Brittany purred in this tone that made Daniel wanna slap her. And that's excatly what he did.

The sound echoed through the cafeteria and even the smallest conversataions were dropped as Brittany's jaw dropped. "MR.SEAVEY! THATS SUSPENSION" yelled the principal and Daniel rolled his eyes, looking at Brittany as he began to yell at her.

"YOU LITTLE SLUT. IS THAT ALL YOU CAN EVER DO?!? FUCK SOMEONE? I WANT YOU TO KNOW, THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN A BIGGER WHORE THAN YOU. TELL ME, WHEN DID YOU LAST GET TESTED FOR STD'S?!? LEMME GUESS, THE MACHINE BROKE DUE TO OVERLOAD" He screamed and grabbed a milkshake, tipping it over her head just like she did to the girls' months ago.

Storming out of the door, Daniel began to feel tears flowing more rapidly. If he couldn't get Alexa back, he wouldn't be himself. Everything he had been planning for their Valentines day, everything he planned for another date, everything he planned for their future, all gone to waste.

He swore to himself then and there, that no matter what, he would find her. He would find the love of his life, his other half, his soulmate. He unlocked the car door and sat inside, the other seats filling up almost immediately. "Dani? Maybe I should drive. Your not in the best condition" Corbyn told him and one glare from Daniel had him scurrying to the backseat.

On the way home, Daniel had made everyone try Alexa's phone on the way, including from his own. He had almost sobbed when he saw Tate click on her contact labelled 'Princess👑💞'.

Running into the house, he collapsed, completely breaking down in the middle of the living room. "Shushh....She'll be fine Dani. We can find her" came a voice and Daniel felt Emery pull him into a hug and he sobbed harder at how stupid he had been.

He should have gone with her. He remembered her saying that she didn't want to go to school that morning. Why had he dragged her out of their bed?? She always looked so peaceful, asleep when he came back after planning things with Gabbie, the others needing sleep and he could only bother her. They both had agreed to help Jonah and Corbyn considering their stress levels were already at a high.

Now, Daniel could only sob at how she was right now. Her beautiful face, her beautiful eyes, her beautiful smile, her beautiful lips, her beautiful self. His babygirl. His cupcake. His babydoll. His princess.

"I'm sorry" he sobbed to Emery who just nodded, gently comforting. But Daniel knew her efforts were half a waste. Only Alexa knew how to calm him down when it was this bad and she was the one he needed.

He wanted her arms around him, weaved into his hair as he rested his head on her chest, her heartbeat slowly lulling him to sleep. He wanted to hold her again, arms wrapped tightly around her waist as he lifted her off the ground, spinning them around.

He wanted her to jump on him like she did on Christmas. 'I'm such a fuck up' Daniel thought to himself as he sobbed harder.

Timeskippp to 2 days later
Alexa's side

Light streamed in as the door opened and Alexa squinted her eyes. She knew what today meant. Today, her pants would come off. Yesterday, they had ripped her tank top and goodness, a whole day, shivering without a top on.

She found out that Kay had been kidnaped chained here from a week after she had ran away. All because Kay felt bad and came to apologise. She now knew what Summer had meant in the bathroom months ago. Her dad, or Gavin as she preffered, had been dragged here, chained and was being forced to hand over his company and wealth to Mr.Knight.

Martin had visited yesterday, gently feeding them bits of food, telling them what was happening outside. He had told Alexa that Daniel had been suspended for slapping Brittany and that when Martin went over saying he was here for Alexa, Daniel had screamed and the living room was a mess with Daniel looking worse.

Deep in her heart, she knew Daniel would never cheat. And that Gabbie loved Jack too much to even think about another guy yet her brain kept reminding her that Daniel wasn't beside her, asleep for the past 2 weeks. 'It must be something else' Alexa thought, trying to focus on why Mr.Knight had kidnaped her.

And exactly as she thought about the guy, in he walked with Blake and Summer, both of whom were smirking as Jayden, as Alexa had taken to calling him, walked over to her.

"My My..I gotta say, thats some tits. But either way, Imma see it all without any barriers so now, how about we display that wonderful ass of yours?? My daughter doesn't have much but-" he said and Alexa cut him off.

Alexa saw Kay hang her head as she yelled, "HOLD UP, DAUGHTER?!?!"
